Amazing hotel. Great view. Staff and culture is their biggest strength. Johnson, Echo and Stephan from sales and front desk - their attention to detail for our group travel was fanstastic. Aaron and Ailee took care of our group at the restaurant while the Chef took amazing care of our vegetarian diet needs. Staff at tea lounge and Ken from travel desk too knew what hospitality really means. The GM Dan has a great team and an amazing culture.
