79 reviewsPrior to our departure, we wanted something different other than the apartment we were staying in Providencia so we explored and decided to try this place because of the name as I was an assistant to the magician. Through email correspondence, the owner of this BB seemed to be very generous. Upon our arrival, the place looked very lovely and rustic. The owner decided to give us a better suite, which was very sweet of him. The shower was tiny, but completely satisfied with the hot water. The location was perfect-one block to metro. Nice district-safe, I would say, yes. Cristian also claimed that he is a king of the house, I can see why how proud he can be of this place. The pillows need to be replaced, though. Breakfast was awesome. He met my needs when I requested due to my being celiac. He served me rice cakes. Thank you so much to make our stay more pleasant prior to our departure back to US!

All citizens of Chile, regardless of the duration of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days may have to pay the national sales tax (19%) when checking out. To receive tax exemption, foreign citizens must pay for their stay upon entry in foreign currency (not Chilean pesos) or with a credit card issued abroad and present a valid passport along with the migration card they received upon entry into the country. If a person subject to paying the tax and another exempt from the same share a room, the rate may be applied to the entire room. A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. The hotel will contact you after booking to provide bank wire instructions. Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%.
