Off the bat, the pic with the faces whited out is not this location. Could be the hotel. There is also a hostel by the same name too. The "HOTEL" and cabañas are affiliated with each other. We had read reviews here and elsewhere, and knew from that what we were getting into. I suspect many, or half the people tell the cab driver to go to "Don Sebastian" and end up at the hostel, not the hotel, only to get the run around. We had rented a car from Calama, knew to go to the "hotel" to inquire about every the cabañas. My limited Spanish got me thru. Don't expect English in Chile, and certainly not in San Pedro, and you're better off. So, with some Spanish, some prior research, found this place easy enough and was not disappointed at all. Clean cabin, slightly out of town, but 8 minute walk to center. We got most of our provisions in Calama, but there are enough stores in town. Staff was great for us. Very friendly and helpful. Our rental car had a dead battery, and the guy helped us. At this point I really have to stress, even if my Spanish sucked, I tried, and I think that matters immensely. This site has 5 units, a pool (not heated) and the distance needed from town center. Only real draw back, and this may be all of San Pedro, the dogs everywhere, bark all. night. long., no really, all. night. long. The pups here were cute and quiet.
