This is one of those properties that students in hospitality school should visit...this is how it's done! Everything excellent, highly organized, exceedingly helpful, well informed, and super friendly staff. Super clean room, great bed, great internet all in a beautifully constructed wood walled rooms. Our room had private bath with super hot water. Perhaps a bit small, but certainly no problem. Breakfast setting ready to go at 7AM, no waiting here and the serving was more than adequate again in a lovely furnished and constructed room. Located right next to the church just up the hill from central...5-7 min walk. Fair pricing made for a wonderful two night stay in Puerto Varas. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
