Travelodge by Wyndham Conference Centre & Suites Whitecourt

I stay here every month when on business, I can give the same review for every time I am there: The staff was very accommodating and it sure is nice to see a smiling face in the morning. I bring my dog with me sometimes, when I do, they make sure he is comfortable as well. Its also nice after work not to leave the hotel, and there are two places to go within the hotel to eat. Either the lounge, which has snacks like wings, dry ribs, and fries - simple but comforting menu (they have daily drink specials - so you can have a snack a beer for like 10 dollars!), or go to the restaurant for a buffet Chinese food. Very good, great pricing - 16.99 for dinner, lunch is less and they keep it fresh. They also are located on main street, so the banks, shopping etc was very convenient. The dog park was not too far away either and I like that there was ample parking for my truck! I stayed on the third floor and didn't hear anyone! Quiet and peaceful. The room was very clean, it had a microwave and mini fridge, Keurig machine and I like the hand bar soap they have. The showers are nice, lots of light and lots of room with the C-shaped shower curtain. When I was there, I asked about breakfast and when I arrived in the breakfast room in the morning, there was scrambled eggs and bacon and all the continental goodies you normally get. So I definitely recommend a free breakfast here, but make sure if you say you are going to have breakfast, go, because I found out after that I was the only one having breakfast that morning, so they made it just for me! Wifi was good, had no issues - Was a decent speed. Cons: The elevator took a little too long?
