Great property! Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff was kind. Waterton is beautiful.

Beautiful location, easy walkable to shopping, food and falls. Balcony seating was wonderful and had a great breeze through the loft.

In a fabulous location like this, this hotel is located within easy walking distance of the shops & restaurants. I stayed in a loft apartment, which had a good amount of room, although the bed and sofa bed were very soft, not my personal choice.

Our room was great perfect for our needs. The food was good at the restaurant.

Beds were too soft, the thermostat for fire place did not work, other wise it was good stay.

Visted at a very slow time of year. Close to anything that was open and a nice view facing South.

It was a beautiful location however it should be stated so person's know that half of the town is closed and does not open up until May.  Only 2 restuarants available no pubs, liquor store closed, Prince of Wales historic site closed.  Roads to water falls closed.   If we had been made aware of this we would have booked at a different time.

All the staff were exceptional.  Friendly and courteous, the folks at the front desk went out of their way to ensure the best possible options for my Mom's limited mobility were looked after.  She is often in a wheelchair and availability for wider doorways in an adjacent room on the main floor were made.  It made her day and was greatly appreciated ny her during her stay.  The entire room was very clean and quute comfortable.Wonderful experience all around - I highly recommend and would certainly come back.

This property was very clean and maintained during our stay. We did come in the winter season (April) with not much open and around but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Since it was our first time, we had wished if someone mentioned that not much is open around this time of the year, would have made arrangements to come another time. since we couldn't do much outdoor activities during our stay.

This property was amazing! I was expecting a room and received so much more. The suite was clean and tidy, and I had everything that I needed for my stay. Staff was incredible and it was easy to check in. Lots of parking in the back made my suite easily accessible. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel.

Really loved it here. Very clean, bed in the lift was super comfortable, shower was great. My brother slept in the trumble bed and said it was comfortable as well. Fireplace didn’t work initially but we asked about it and after a day or so it was working. Amazing location. Can walk anywhere in town and super close to the trails. Would definitely stay here again.

The place have recently been refurbished to a high standard. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and have everything you need. 
Alot of thought has been put into doing it. 
The staff are all very friendly welcoming and helpful
The location is excellent, right in Watertown. 
Breakfast was taken at the Bayshore sister hotel and was good.

Great lodge and location

Great central location in Waterton within walking distance to everything.  Stayed in a loft unit which was perfect for a small family.    Bathrooms were awesome & looked new.  The a/c was an older unit which did not quite cool the loft space & it was hot when we arrived in town.  Nice decor & had all we needed to be comfortable for a brief stay including mini fridge, coffee pot & microwave. Would stay here again if we came to town.

Central location in Waterton

We loved our stay here. Check in was seamless, and we had everything we needed for the night. It is a very quiet area so had a great sleep, and the suite was very clean and comfortable. The location is great too, with restaurants, shops and the lake within easy walking distance. We will definitely stay here again next time.

This was a last minute booking after a friend told us we must visit Waterton National Park. We had a lovely time and the Red Rock Trattoria was excellent. The only issue we had was the sliding door in our room didn’t have a screen so we left it closed but the air conditioner in the room would cycle on all night.

This was a very cute hotel. I was very surprised at the size of the room and the modernness of it. Definitely was a very good value for the money. We just come from Lake Louise, where everything is much smaller and more expensive. We did a 10 day trip from glacier national Park into the parks and into Canada and my wife had wanted to go to Waterton. I actually had not wanted to go but found this to be one of my favorite places. We ended up seeing 10 bears and just 1 Hour Driving one of the roads very early in the morning. Nick, at the hotel was great, helped when we had an issue with our fireplace. They have a small restaurant at the hotel of which they delivered the food to the room. I would definitely stay here again.
