Twin Peaks Resort

Twin Peaks Resort is a wonderful place to stay at least five days. There's many atractions around Valemount, and chalets are really nice, confortable and tides. Donna and Sandy our hosts are kindly and friendly people, with their dogs (Orla specially), goats and horses. The spot atmosphere is peaceful, nice view and relaxing! 

We spent only one night there, but liked the place a lot. A small number of cabins build in a circle -with barbecue on deck as well as a fire-pit - around a lawn. App. 2,5 km from downtown Valemount and in the "woods"- but you are pretty fast in town if you want to. If you like to wake up with birds and see deer etc. and enjoy nice mountain views, this is your place. The cabin is in very good shape, offers all amenities, kitchen, incl. fridge and an electrical fireplace which can be easily lit. Separate living room with TV and a separated bedroom make it a comfortable place to stay in. Owners are very nice. We could have spent some days more here. I find it also a perfect place for kids as there is no road and they have enough room to play and explore.

We enjoyed the quaint cabin accommodations, feeding the farm animals and using the fire pits. It was convenient to have kitchens and outdoor furniture. The owners are friendly and helpful with info about area attractions.

The cabin was delightfully situated about 3 miles out of Valemount.  The setting is wonderful giving space and amazing views.  The log cabin was well equipped, clean and spacious for the two of us.  We self catered in the evening as we had everything we wanted at the cabin.  In town we bought all we wanted at the local store and then beer from the local craft ale brewery across the road.  We cooked steaks on the gas BBQ on the patio.  The area is great for walking and Mount Robson park is only 30 minutes away.  We stayed for 3 nights and wished we had booked for longer.

Wonderful settling with super views. Friendly owners who have lots of information about the area. The Cabins are comfortable and clean, just what you need.

a short drive into town for supplies at the local IGA, and liquor store, then we enjoyed a BBQ while watching the sun set on the snow capped peaks all around, the humming birds fluttering around, and the local birdlife.

hosts Donna and Sandy Hamilton are relaxed and friendly, the cabins are clean with well equipped kitchens and wood heaters.

We did a 1 night stop over here on the way to the Rockies and had we had known this place was going to be this amazing we would of stayed for longer even if it was to sit on the porch and look at the amazing view you have there. There are 5 cabins on the property out of town in the forest. The views are of the mountains and there were deer on the lawn at dusk and dawn. The humming birds were everywhere and we had a nice walk around the area and didn't see anyone, it was lovely. The owner was helpful and very friendly. The cabins were clean and large. You had a BBQ, kitchen, pots and pans, wifi, hair dyer, heater and airco. Definitely will stay there again

Very clean, comfortable,  loved the shower, staff/owner very helpful re information. We had to wait a bit because we arrived early, before the office was open, but that was our doing.  Great views. I would return.

Over night stay, but wish it could have been longer

The lodge is very isolated so you need to drive to get dinner in town. Some things were hard to use like the fireplace which wouldn't switch on, and it felt quite dated. The crows were very loud so wouldn't recommend sleeping with the window open! Overall was in a nice area with a lovely view and it was nice to have our own individual cabin. I'm sure if it hadn't been raining we would have enjoyed sitting outside and the view more. Hummingbirds around the lodge were an added bonus but overall nothing that special, was a good stop for 1 night on our trip, although the town of Valemount itself was not worth the stop at all.
