Stayed April 12-14th Room 826 very accommodating, clean, comfortable and location was perfect. Way better then a hotel room for sure. Loved the gym which had a great view of the city. Book with Nadir, trust me you will enjoy your stay.

Overall I was very happy with our stay. The suite was a nice size for the price, and fairly clean for the most part. It was in a great location where you can easily walk to a lot of attractions or catch public transit 

 There were minor maintenance items that if addressed would make this an exceptional stay. Like opening the fridge to find it almost half iced  up, and a gasket in one of the toilets was not sealing properly so we would have to take the lid off every time we flushed to adjust, and there was some mold throughout the shower. 

Also, there could be better communication on what to expect when staying here. Reading the reviews I was better prepared but there were still a few surprises. When I booked the room the confirmation indicated that there would be parking available if requested upon arrival but that wasn't the case. I had to search for parking down the street. 

Still, it was well worth the money and I would definitely consider staying here again.

We rented a room through trivago so I was expecting a hotel type facility however upon arriving it really should be advertised as an air b'n'b. The security was nice enough it just was not at all what we were expecting. The room had everything we could need however there is no option for fresh linens, you must wash your own in the in suite washer and dryer. The sheets and pillows on the bed were terrible but everything else was great. The location was excellent and within walking distance to many tourists desitanations. We did find the weekend to be really noisy late into the morning compared tothe rest of our stay which was actually quite quiet. We enjoyed our stay and reccomended it to others we met along the way.

Overall great place to stay. However this is NOT a Hotel. Fair to say that the company were very communicative etc but fishing for a key in a drop box in an Italian restaurant after 10 hours of travel with an infant is not my ideal vacation. Rooms were spotless and very well organized. On top of that the location was the best - Rogers Center, CN Tower all a stones throw away. Rooms had washer and dryer and were spacious enough. We did get plenty of dirty looks from the front desk concierge during the 4 day stay, not what one would expect from a 4 day booking. Would strongly advise that this be on some kind of apartment sharing website

NOT a Hotel.

This is not a hotel. It is more apartments that are very budget at best. The security concierge are not overly helpful. The beds are average with the pillows not good. It is very loud early in the morning with the windows very thin. The blinds do not work effectively which means you have the lights from the street coming in. I won’t be staying here again.
