SAIT is a great place to stay during Stampede if you’re on a budget. Standard room doesn’t have AC but when you’re 10 floors up, the wind blows in the windows pretty good. Lots of room, full size fridge. Average University Dorm room suite.Typical University bureaucracy parking. You can’t park overnight in the lot by the entrance or Parking control will ticket you…so that lot sits mostly empty. The free parking is a 10 minute walk away in the parkade…which is OK…I just think the tower should have full control over the lot that everyone knows, was put there for the towers use.

It's a nice use of would be empty rooms all summer, hot if windows aren't open, was promised fans but there was none.

It was good but was very cold only. And also as a suggession i wish it has a TV at the dining room. So that we can watch news  sports.

It's nice and we were able to cook. They let guests borrow fans at the front desk. The beds were high but weren't a big deal, beds might not be suited for guests with disabilities.

Great place when you’re on a budget.

Our whole group reserved 3 separate rooms. We varied from age 5 to 42 yr and we all had a good stay. Please don't expect luxury if you didn't pay for it! Bring your own pots, plates, cups, utensils, dishsoap if you plan to use the kitchen. (Note: yes all cupboards are empty) Parking is about 5min walk awayDriving to downtown is about 7min. Breakfast has no proteïne included, but what do you expect for the amount you paid for 😉The young ladies at the front desk are very professional The only not so pleasant remark I haveis that you get only one main key with 2 room keys. Every time we came back separate I had to ask to get buzzed in

Check in was simple, and easy , the room was well stocked and perfect for our needs. The view of the city was breathe taking and SAIT grounds where great for an evening stroll. Parking was a walk the first time around with not being familiar with the area until we discovered direct paths. The continental breakfast was exactly what it was, minimal. We couldn't even get a cup of coffee either day as the craft were empty when we arrived (8am Sat and 930am Sun). Staff weren't approachable. Next time I would ensure to make other plans for breakfast. Overall I would recommend and stay again.

We loved that our unit had AC even though the description said it didn’t. However, a little miffed that we were in a different building than advertised and parking was quite far away from the accommodation. Overall, the apartment was clean, but floor was quite dusty. Construction started at 6am. Breakfast was limited, but good for the price. Beds are very very tall and not suitable for elderly or small children.

Two female adults stayed during stampede.  Super happy with the decision! Good price for stampede, Close to downtown, super easy to get too for stampede, big spacious rooms, comfy beds. The parking was a little walk but felt safe. There was no AC. That’s okay for the price during stampede …next time we will bring a fan!

No AC was not super ideal, but we knew that going in. Fan was provided for our room however it just blew around the hot air. Would not stay here again unless it was cooler weather outside. Also, check in time was SO late that it was hard to make other plans for the day we arrived. In the future, even a 2pm check in time would be super helpful:)

The floor of the room was dirty, the mattress should be upgraded.

The place did the trick for a few nights. Lack of A/C was difficult and the un-stocked kitchen.. however the location was great, proximity to food/restaurants and the LRT station. The place was very clean.
