The property was close to many amenities and easy to locate. One suggestion I would make would that extra sheets and towels be provided. However, I would stay again!

Our stay in Calgary was excellent. All check in and out instructions were clear and the hosts were very prompt with responding to any questions that we had.The unit is lovely, very clean and organized. It is ideal for pairs and boasting a stunning view of the Saddle Dome. The room has a very clean aesthetic with a full kitchen which made our stay very convenient. The included parking was definitely a bonus, we were able to walk all around the city without driving.We will definitely be staying here again if the room is available.

Perfect for what I needed.  Handy to the city & groceries.

The location of this hotel is perfect! You can to 17th ave with a quick walk or scooter ride. I really can’t complain about anything this unit had to offer

The apartment was clean but the bedroom felt cramped. The bed was comfortable though.The couch was uncomfortable and low. We had no hot water to speak of. Having a 10 minute shower we were lucky to get any warm water. There are a lot of rules to follow with hefty fines if the rules were not followed.

14th floor apt monki-di calgary

The suite was perfect. The location was amazing and the host was very helpful with any issues. The sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable so ended up just sleeping on the couch (my daughter had the bedroom). Unfortunately did not know there was an extra mattress to use on top of the sofa bed until the morning I left. That would have helped to know.  Otherwise the place was great and I will definitely use it again!

Great place!

This suite is a small one-bedroom condo operated by a family.  Check-in and check-out were easy.  The condo had a good bed and a nice kitchen/living area.  There were a few hiccups.  The ice-maker in the fridge didn't work.  We wanted to use the pullout couch but had to wait an extra day for bedding, the towels were tiny and the exercise facilities were only available to regular building residents (due to Covid).All-in-all, we had a good stay and I would stay here again.

Your main takeaway is that this is not a hotel. It is a fully furnished one bedroom condo from a private individual. Once you know this, everything else will make sense. The property is excellent and clean. It’s way better than what you would get for the same price at a hotel. The location is very convenient. There’s an Asian supermarket on the ground floor and a Shoppers Drug Mart across the street. You have a great view of the Saddledome. Free parking is included. Just keep in mind that communication may be very slow so be patient. Note that just like all hotels, there will be additional fees and taxes on top of the rate.

I really liked this condo. The bed and pillows were great, the views are incredible, and the building was very quiet. I was there for a work trip and I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a quiet, good nights rest. The property Managment was excellent, the manager met me at the building to let me in and show me around. Great communication overall.

Let me start by saying this is not a hotel.  Now maybe it was just me, but when I book a Hotel on Hotels.com, I sort of expect a hotel.  I am positive that it never said that this was an apartment similar to renting an air b&b.  So that surprise coloured my first impression.  The check-in was awkward and we had to wait nearly 15 minutes before we could get access to the building.  However from there on, things got better. (To be fair, apparently Hotels.com did try to reach me to clarify, however my contact information was invalid).The apartment was very clean and the view was great (22nd floor).  We could have used an couple of extra towels and a few more cable channels, but otherwise the apartment was extremely well furnished and equipped, including full kitchen and appliances.  The location was excellent for driving anywhere.  We were less then 10 minutes from downtown, from great restaurants and from shopping.  Also we are within walking distance from the BMO Center and the stampede area and we could see a large train station.The only complaint about the area was that there was a lot of homeless people, but we were never approached.  I think they were doing their own thing and let us do ours.  So I would highly recommend his place, but please realize that this is not a hotel.

Not a Hotel

Overall, a 4 star experience. The check-in process is a little difficult. The instructions for connecting to WiFi were totally wrong though and my call for assistance was not returned. However, once I located the WiFi modem, the connection instructions were there. The unit was clean and in a fairly good location.

Great little apartment style condo with everything you need. The view is outstanding especially during stampede time. Perfect for two people for an extended stay or four people for a quick visit into calgary. Short walk to everything you need, Stephen ave, calgary tower, 17 ave, Saddledome, stampede grounds. Owner is really nice and prompt. I would stay again.

Excellent spot for calgary action

The building is a 30 foot apartment complex full of owners and renters. One needs to ensure they make arrangements with the Landlord for a time to meet and access the suite. I usually expect a reception area but this building only provided a lobby area with security guard in attendance. The guard was very helpful, called the Landlord and I was in the suite within half an hour.Would I booked again, absolutely. I is a great location
