High-End Riverside Home

Excellent location with a stunning view through the floor to ceiling windows. The layout of the apparment is perfect for a family with ample living space providing a very comfortable space for all to enjoy. The kitchen has all the mod con's including a coffee machine but the lack of crockery and dirty glassware made meal times difficult. The pantry cupboard was overloaded and messy/dirty, the laundry filled with with things.Both bathrooms appear clean at first sight however when utilised the poor cleaning was evident.The main bedroom has a memory foam mattress, we did not find it very comfortable but that's not to say you won't. Both bedrooms have a 'smart' TV which have no arial connection. The Balcony is fantastic but could use more seating. The sliding doors to the balcony do not lock and the windows easily opened, being on the 51st floor this proves a concern for children.Finding the parking space for the first time proved a little difficult even though we were provided with maps detailing how to find it. We all enjoyed both the outdoor and indoor swimming pools and the accessibility to Church St.Is this property high end.....yes. Is this property as well kept as you would expect a high end property to be....no!
