I know: breakfast was not ideal - you did feel as if you were encroaching in a private home but you get used to it and I'm sure that's not the intended impression. BUT on the plus side: very near the sky train and Steveston. Rooms MUCH bigger and more comfortable that in the normal 'airport hotels' in Richmond: and cheaper. It was evident that the family has moved out of their rooms to accommodate guests for the summer but that's legitimate (and trendy). Peter and his mother are very friendly and helpful We stayed there for 3 days - went away with a RV for a fortnight - and then stayed again for 4 days. Would do it again - exactly so and we've been in B&B's, 4/5 star hotels , hostels all over the globe. When we came back from our RV tour and back to Harmony House we were made very welcome. Yes, would go again.
