Staff were courteous and friendly, room and hotel were clean and welcoming.

Check in persons were professional, and all around the staff were good. The breakfasts were good. We will stay there again come next year, and as seniors we found it affordable.

This property is always a great stay. However you need to understand that they have an amazing water park and that brings a lot of kids to the hotel however around 9pm wveryone goes to sleep and you are guaranteed a great sleep. Hotel is clean and beds are good. Breakfast can also be busy with so many families but understandable.

Good parking for bigger units. Out of downtown core but several restuarants close

I like how you just book a room with app so it makes it easier then talking on a phone.

I loved the free cookie at check in and breakfast

Clean, comfy, but a little noisy. If you’re anywhere near the elevators, you’ll hear the dinging when the doors open, and the sound of the elevator cars moving up and down in the shafts(woke me up more than once). You’ll also hear every noise from the hallway. But otherwise great and the staff is wonderful.

I expected the pool to be a bit bigger truthfully (from the photos) The water was extremely cold (couldn’t even take my 8 month old in the water) and the pool was also quite dirty.Other than the pool - the room was clean and beds were comfortable. There is a montanas in the same parking lot which was nice for us to be able to grab a quick dinner.

We travel often and have stayed in many hotels, but the Pomeroy is by far the best place in Prince George for families. The staff is extremely friendly, and the overall vibe is laid-back and comfortable. The hotel provides plenty of space for socializing outside of your room, and the pool is exceptional. With water slides and a water park, it guarantees hours of fun for the entire family—it's essentially a full aquatic center within a hotel!We've visited numerous times, and the staff consistently works hard to keep all areas clean, even when the hotel is at full capacity.During the complimentary breakfast, they offer a variety of hot and cold items, catering to both kids and adults. My son loves making his own waffles; it’s always a highlight of our stay for him.Parking is free and secure, allowing me to sleep well, knowing my car was safe.

A Family-Friendly Gem in Prince George!

I love the variety served in the hot breakfast. It just would be so much nicer if trays were available to use! The bed was very comfortable. The pool a little on the cold side and loved relaxing in the hot tub, just would appreciate if water jets worked. Overall, I keep coming back to stay, the foyer is beautifully arranged and provision of fruit after breakfast. I feel comfortable when I stay here!!!

Had a kitchenette room which was good but did not have a toaster and only one sauce pan no other pots or pans. The middle of the room because of the layout is dark. I thought the room rate was high in comparison to other hotels I have stayed at in Prince George.Nice staff.
