Château Arnaud

Location is great, close to restaurants and the spa. However one of the latches for the patio doors in my ground floor room was broken/missing, but luckily it was a double door. Other than that, my stay was wonderful. Decent variety for breakfast

Staff is super respectful.Breakfast options are ok-ish. The restaurants around serve really good food tho.

Very high standard hotel. One of the bestvin Sept iles.Only draw back is no restaurant.

The room was huge and the staff was friendly and their English was decent. Something that needs to be said is that many people travel from other provinces that do not speak French because it is not our first language so it is very important to have staff that are bilingual. I appreciate that they could speak English and they were polite. The bed was super comfy, however the pillows were very firm so not the most comfortable.

Most staff were very pleasant, but the breakfast and room cleaning services were the nicest. 5 stars to both of them. On both trips to stay there our room was not ready, one time we had to wait 2 hours. An explanation would have been nice - there was a mess, people late in leaving, etc - but we were just left being told to come back after the listed check-in time.

The hotel was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, staff were polite and the breakfast was free and really good as well. The hotel is situated right by the water. Parking was free but had limited spaces. The price was good and a little less expensive than the other hotels in Sept-iles. I would definitely stay here again. Iles. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Best hotel in 7 Iles. Was here in the winter but in the summers I think is amazing being on the sea shore. The rooms are spacious and clean. The people at the reception desk are nice and helpful. The heating/AC is in good shape and not noisy. Fridge in the room. 
Minuses: no microwave in the room, the bathroom fan is on the same interruptor as the light )noisy), the breakfast area on the basement has poor light (not a Swedish breakfast-the caterer defends and distribute the sausages :-). 
Tips:  there is a parking area in the back for the pick-up trucks.
We'll definitely be back at this hotel when in 7 Iles!

The Chateau Arnaud was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel itself is beautiful. I
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were kind and always helpful. My husband and I had a late flight on the day we checked out and the hotel staff were so accommodating. They let my husband set up in a quiet area and work for the entire day. The staff even checked on us and made sure we were good. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Wonderful place to stay!

Spent one night at le Château Arnaud for business purposes. I had a room with a view on the bay. The room was very clean, had a large balcony and was comfortable. Breakfast was basic but ok for me. Un fortunatly, not many restaurants were opoened nearby, but the location is good, along the bay were you can walk along the docks.

Nice location

Château Arnaud is the most luxurious property in the city with a great location. A few things the property should do better: have more parking spots, on the balcony in the room very a shame not to have balcony furniture; a restaurant would be a plus and lastly the current covid breakfast could offer a little more options for the price clients pay.Room and bed comfortable and big.

Excellent location facing the marina. Beautiful walking path in front of hotel. The rooms are large very quiet and a Nespresso coffee machine is standard equipment in all the rooms. We had a room with a balcony but no chairs available to sit outside to enjoy the scenery. Lots of parking spaces available.

My husband and I spent a lovely night at the Chateau avoiding a rainy evening of camping. The hotel was clean, comfortable and above all, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Right in the heart of the pier, it is a convenient walk to serveral delicious restaurants and Casse Croutes, a really wonderful and inventive ice cream shop and if you've booked a tour, you are steps away from where your boat will dock.

A delightful stay in Sept-Îles

I was surprised when they took the security deposit on my credit card... other hotels i stayed in didnt take the security deposit... my friend said they shouldn’t have been taken it when u payed with your visa for the room ..here i thought was it because the colour of my skin ...did the front desk worker racial profile me when i checked in... but during my stay everything was is good....
