Spent a week here and loved every minute. Such beauty and peace! Swimming the the river every day is a joy. Paddle boards and kayaks at your beck and call. Stayed in Cabin #4, small, 1-bedroom old-fashioned place that isn't fancy, with comfy beds and a screened-in porch.  Other cottages are larger and a bit more fixed up, so ask for what you want.  Sure, there were some bugs, but we managed. Bug spray works!  

Absolutely amazing spot, staff is excellent, beautiful scenery and cottages. Feels like home, owners treat you like family :) highly recommend!! Tons of stuff to do whether you want to relax, fish, paddle board, swim, etc. Your time will fly by!

Just returned from a lovely weekend at Totem Point Lodge.  Yet another great stay at this cottage/fishing resort.  I know I can expect top quality service and exceptional clean cottages every time we come up to stay.  Rick,Lily, Bruce and staff are so friendly and approachable.  They always make us feel welcome and take time for a chat to catch up…. Fishing was great too! Love to hear the children playing at the resort.  Great place for families and fishers alike. The owners are very nice and helpful have no one issues lending a hand to get you out on the water fishing. Pet friendly area amazing view from any point. Will definitely be looking into another trip again soon.

The hosts, Rick and Lily, as well as  all their staff were so accomodating and helpful.  Even out dog Sadie couldn't walk by the office without being offered a treat :)

The housekeeping cottage was immaculate, and well equipped, with a great view of the river.

As a family, we came here for a great fishing experience, but came away with so much more.  Had an absolutely wonderful time.  We'll be back!

The lodge is fabulous, our cabin was immaculate and the grounds are beautiful.  The owners and staff were very personable and helpful.  Caught plenty of fish and seen miles of pristine beauty that the area has to offer.  We will definitely be going back.

A family and fishermen's paradise.
Just got back last night and booking a Musky hunt for next week :)  
We booked a guide who really knew his craft and all the best Musky and Walleye locations . All bait and gear was supplied by the guide but took some of my favorite rods and tackle.

This was our second year in a row and many more to come at Totem Point.  Rick and Lily and their staff are fabulous.  All very friendly and helpful.  They have put a ton of effort into upgrading the resort and it is amazing to see all the improvements and upgrades from year to year.  Can't wait to go back  ext year

This was our first time here and is was awesome.  The owners were very nice. Our cabin was facing the river nice view. Our cabin was very comfortable had everything we needed for our stay. We took the American package which includes all meals included in the price we paid. The meals were breakfast, lunch to go and supper. Awesome meals and lots on your plate. Lunch to go was 2 sandwiches, beverages,fruit and cookies. In a cooler and ice pack that was awesome. We want to thank the owners for an awesome vacation everything was great we will be back thank you.

The people that own and work at this resort are amazing. They always make my stay the most enjoyable! I am in a wheelchair and the accessibilty this place offers me is amazing. Can't wait to come back year after year after year!!!

Awesome vacation

We stayed there last week  and absolutely loved every minute of it.  The friendly lodge managers were very helpful and the two older gentlemen running it are hilarious and very knowledgeable! It has a very authentic feel being here. The cottages are  clean, comfortable and self-sufficient for a long stay. Grocery stores are just a 10-15 minute drive away. We loved the campfires feel at each cottage. My dog loved swimming at the beach.  Lots of great parks and places to explore nearby and if you're into fishing, you've hit the jackpot! We book cottages every year and I'm super thrilled to have discovered this Canadian treasure which has been one of my favorites in over a decade. We will be back for sure.

An absolute treasure

First time visiting the resort, was super impressed with my time spent there. The owner's and staff where awesome, super courteous, friendly and all around amazing friends. Everything was what you would expect and more for an northern escape. Will definitely return, and recommend anyone looking for a great fishing trip or getaway to stay at totem point.

The up north feeling

Everything about our stay and the lodge itself was amazing. Despite being a drive from the GTA, it was definitely worth it - You're surrounded by endless nature. The cabin itself was spotless, and had all utensils needed to prepare your own meals. Keep in mind, cell phone coverage and WiFi speeds are limited, so be prepared be disconnected and enjoy your surroundings. Thank you Lily & Richard! 

Totally worth it!

We just got home from a week at the lodge.  We had stayed there in 2009.  The new owners are doing a fabulous job with the improvements and upgrades they are doing.  They are very friendly and helpful.  The pride they have in the resort is evident in everything hey do.  We have already booked again for next year and can't wait to go back.
