loved my stay at Champlain motel,updated 
rooms,friendly staff,central hwy location  and all restaurants,grocery stores and downtown on walking distance.Motel staff speak fluent English so I had no problem with communication.People in town are bilingual but fluent in both french and English Greyhound bus stop is across the street from champlain motel,so I give 5stars to this motel

Great motel. Great customer service and friendly staff. A few local shops close by such as McDonald's, Tim Horton's and groceries store within a walking distance. Which is a bonus. Would definitely  recommend 👍

This Motel is best by all means,room rent is the best in town,it has the best location as it falls not only on trans Canada hwy yet in the city of Sturgeon Falls and walking distance from major grocery stores and restuarants.The best and friendly staff which is a new management and rooms are clean and have everything like wifi,free cable,tv,free parking,fridge,microwave dresser ,attached bathroom and a luxury queen bed.

I am enjoying my long term stay at Champlain Motel. New management has recently taken it over and made so many upgrades which makes this Motel a wonderful place to stay either for short or long stay. New manager and staff is really friendly. Room rates are very reasonable. Every room offers Fridge , microwave , free Wi-Fi , free digital cable , TV , Bed , Dresser and upgraded attached bathroom. They mostly have full occupancy because of their new look , upgrades and very friendly customer service.

Great place to stay now ever since new management took it over and made so many upgrades.

Saw some pictures of a nasty room before "new management" that were taken 8 months ago of one room on this site and guess what...we are staying in the same room ..how do I know?? Because they have not washed what was dirty back then till now..we took a pic of the wall that has the same writing in the picture taken 8 months ago....oh and the best part!!! We found a used needle in the couch!!! I found it while I was trying to look for my lipstick ..it was right there in the side of the couch covered in dog hair or whatever!! Thank God the cap was on!! Someone needs to condemned this place ..oh and sooo much mold it makes you sick just taking in one breath!!
