I loved being completely independent of others with key codes and lanyards located in the house. I do wish the tv in the kids bedroom worked and that the dryer worked. Parking in the building was so tight, that we opted for outside parking all week. The home was wonderful for my family of five. Beds could have been more comfortable, but we’ll be happy to get back home!!!Thank you for a wonderful location and all the necessities.

My family and I stayed 4 nights in a 3 bedroom condo hosted by Venu in Dec 2020.  The condo was spacious, well decorated and bright.  We enjoyed the large table, open living area and the gas fireplace.  The kitchen had everything we needed, bathrooms, showers, tubs all A+.  Mirna responded to all of my questions immediately and she was so helpful.  1 underground parking spot was provided and we had parking outdoors otherwise.  We should have reserved the casino but didn't so we missed out on that one.  Also visited Domaine Saint Bernard while there, a 2 minute drive, awesome experience having chickadees land on our hands.  We were there pre-season for skiing but would love to return and take advantage of the lifts.  8-10 minute drive to Tremblant Village, we enjoyed the area and not being in the middle of the busier area.  Worth staying here!

There was an error in our booking (1 bed condo) so we were upgraded to a 4 bedroom property. The condo was excellent, we couldn’t have asked for more.

Stayed 4 nights in one bedroom condo right behind the hot tub and pool area. BBQ on your own deck was a real treat. Furnishings inside were upper scale for sure. 2 minute walk to the casino was a real bonus. The lift to take you to the village was a 30 second walk and it has spectacular views along the way. You also get to use the chair lift at the village as many times as you want during your stay which was a nice bonus. Being located 5 minutes from the village by car was nice also as you did not have to content with the noise. Actually booked a 2 bdrm 2 bath condo for our stay this August. Looking forward to a great time

Our family stayed in one of the condos for a recent skiing trip. Our flight into Montreal was delayed for 36 hours and the hotel management graciously agreed to credit us one night.  The condo was clean and well furnished.  We weren't able to take advantage of the ski in/ski out access because it was early in the season and the El Soliel lift was not running (The day we left they opened it). If you plan to be there before December 24, don't expect the lift to operate during the week.  The reservation included the Ski Valet service.  This allowed us to leave our skis  at the base of the slopes and not have to carry them back and forth to the condo. The reservation also included First Tracks which gives you access to the slopes before the lifts open to the general public.

I have stayed several times at Sunstar Temblant, I always enjoy the condos.
I wanted to share what excellent customer service I have consistently received from Stephane Boule.
He goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service!! We will continue to book Sunstar Condos, they are always well priced, tidy, modern and situated in nature!

Others than few bugs (scared me to yell) it’s a comfortable place to stay in your trip.

Condo was clean and attractive but dark and on the small size. As a senior with a bad hip  I found it difficult to walk around the bed in the tight space. Unit was well equipped. Patio area was overgrown and needed a good cleaning to cut back bushes and pick up dead leaves and garbage. Location was very quiet.

I like that’s it’s still new and modern. I like the area, it’s quiet and the facilities had bbq and all that you need at home.I was disappointed that the hot tub was not open. As for the fireplace inside the unit, I wished there was instructions on how to turn it on.

Beautiful Stay at Etoile du Matin in Mont Tremblant

Spent 4 nights at Etoile du Matin starting from July 31. This condo resort is far from the village, beside the Casino. Getting here was a little tricky. A wrong turn can take you in the wrong direction.  We stayed at 1520-9. The bedrooms were a good size. The king bed was okay. The two queens in the second room were stiff and flat. Too bad they were not pillow top beds. The living/dining room was large, while the kitchen was okay sized. Had to turn down the temp in the fridge and freezer - not cold enough. The couches are worn out - we placed a sheet over it so that we could feel comfortable sitting on it. The bathrooms were very nice, though it took a while for water to drain down both sinks in the ensuite. AC was mostly miss during our stay. Opened windows cooled the place down. TV in the main bedroom was mostly miss - hard to figure out the channel surfing for Cogeco/tv. The BBQ is very nice. The pool was unexpectedly very warm, and the hot tub was nice too. We could hear and see the zip liners go by from outside our window.  Overall, a decent place to stay at.

The condo was nice and quiet but there is nowhere to go and get anything if we ran out in the condo but the village..Would of been nice to have a small store on the premises...I would stay there again if I ever go back. We did enjoyed the pool and hot tub . The shuttle from the casino was very nice and also the casino gondola should of been open more than the weekend . over all it was good..
