We stayed for two nights in July 2019
Very conveniently located about 5km from old city. Rooms clean and well maintained. Price was good especially considering location. Breakfast is basic, toast, waffles, muffins, cereal, juice, tea and coffee. Parking is free but limited. Staff are available but not always visible. 
Overall a nice stay, would consider it again next time in the area.

Nice place to stay in Quebec city. Clean rooms. Close to the bus stop if you don't have a car. The family who run the inn are very very friendly. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend it to others as well.

Nice place to stay in Quebec city

Hi everyone. I had a booking with them, which I cancelled way in advance because I wasn't travelling that area anymore. Through the platform I booked I was allowed a free cancellation until 1 week before checking in. I cancelled about a month in advance. The owner still charged my credit card for the whole stay and now I can't get my money back because he doesn't reply or answer the phone.

SCAM!!

I was rushed when booking and choose the property based upon location.  I glanced at the average rating, and did not look at them.  A few weeks before travel, I looked at the reviews and I was shocked!  I attempted to change my hotel (Travelocity) and found I could not.  Upon arrival, I attempted to make it work.  The place was a mess, the exterior porches and stairs were damaged.  There were only 2 parking spaces for 6 or 7 rooms. The interior was cluttered and there were extension cords powering appliances (fire danger).  There was missing moldings.  Poorly painted interiors, hearlt was provided by space heater.  The exterior doors never seemed to be locked.  The towels were standed.  A refrigerator was perched upon a small coffee table.  The room doors were residential grade interior hollow core doors and with poorly hung and set knobs.  We attempted to makenit work, but moved out at 10:45 pm when someone tried to open our door.  The seemed to moved the door and almost pull it open.  We found a much better property 5 minutes away, with parking, safety, cleanliness, not cluttered.  

We never recieved a refund, just excuses.  Even though we did not stay the final teo nights.

Frightening, we had to leave

I foolishly booked this place after looking at the high rating on hostelworld. I do a lot of backpacking so I'm used to less than stellar accommodations but this place was really awful and I would advise other travelers to steer clear. The dorm rooms are in a musty basement. No top sheet between me and a very old comforter that still had someone else's hair attached to it. Bunks are too low to sit up in and there are no common spaces to hang out in instead. The "kitchen" is a joke, it's a stove tucked into the entrance way to the bathrooms without enough utensils to reheat leftovers let alone make a meal. I had a booking for 2 weeks but left after getting a bad migraine from the cigarette smell in the rooms that first night despite the "100% non smoking" on their website. The owner refused to refund me for the other nights and tried to make out that a) I was crazy and the smoke wasn't real and b) even if the smoke was real it's fine for non-smoking accommodation to smell like cigarettes and maybe I shouldn't stay in hotels if it's a problem for me. Awful experience. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Fraudulent place. Stay away from it!

It is not a real hotel, but it is an old house converted to hotel.

We booked a room in this house using RedTag. When we arrived it was figured out that room is in cold wet basement with mold stink. 
My child has an asthma so I told the manager that this room is unacceptable. 

Hover they cannot provide any other room and reject to give a refund. The manager pretended that he does not understand English. He also lied me that refund is prohibited by their contract with Booking.com (RedTag works through Booking). As I found later - the manager lied, no such restrictions in the contract.

So if you like to enjoy Quebec but do not like to be exposed to mold from the old house - do not do any business with this place.
