I would definitely stay here again. Having the washer/dryer allowed us to pack light on our trip and do laundry as needed. We didn’t plan to cook, but wanted to have the extra space of the seating area. And we ended up using the kitchen area when we brought home leftovers and to keep breakfast food for days we had early morning tours. Fantastic location in Old Montreal. Location is a 2 minutes walk to Notre Dame Basilica and every restaurant we wanted to try was within a 10 minute walk or less. Easy walk to the metro station as well. Sonder was new to me, and I wasn’t sure about the concept. It was great, no trouble accessing the property using the code and had access to extra towels, etc. in lobby if needed. Download the Sonder app and your stay will be easy. I never needed to contact them regarding any issues, so I can’t speak to that.
