Staff kept the rooms clean and the beds are very comfortable

Older property but has excellent staff and very clean. Good value.

Definitely dated but still super cute. Felt very comfortable and the location was great. Super easy to find. staff was so friendly. On my way out with my two kids. The man at the front desk even offered to help me carry my luggage outside. 10 out of 10 definitely stay again.

We stayed here while passing through.The front desk staff was awesome. We checked in just before midnight and he was so quick and friendly.The room was pleasant with a table & chairs, a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in room 112.Huge room,  we were able to park our vehicle right outside by our outer door.Fantastic pillows, comfortable bed, zero complaints. Internet was slow, but that was minor.Over all, the Nova was a reasonably priced and quiet.

Close to the amenity we were going to and great supper at the restaurant but when asked to call for a taxi the front desk gave us a number. Should they not be calling and making sure their clients have a suitable mode of transportation like in a city?  Have never had to call my own taxi from a hotel ever. Was not a busy place when we stayed and small towns should cater to their clients.

It was a lovely older hotel and thankfully the staff was amazing as was able to deal with the expedia people to move me to a ground floor room as there is no elevator and I had a load of stuff to take in and out.  There were a few little picky cleanliness issues like hairs in the sink and bathtub but you could clearly see it had been wiped and cleaned.  And instead of a conditioner and a shampoo I had two conditioners and no soap. Attention to details.  But the bed was very comfy and clean and I had a great sleep! I will be back when I'm in the area.

We were coming into Kindersley, at 9:30 at night, just looking for a comfortable place to have a sleep. Fog was bad, animals were all over the road, so for safety sake, we decided to get off the highway.

I looked at other places, and decided that this one would be ok just for a bed.

I called 10 minutes before arriving, and was assured that there was room at this place.

We had our toddlers with us, so we figured whatever we got was going to be ok just to sleep. 

We were greeted with the warmest welcome.  Like being greeted home.
The lobby was so clean.

We were given a room on the main floor, which was SO easy with the kids, to pack and unpack our car. We parked right in front of our room!

We walked into a SPOTLESS room. I had no worries about letting the kids explore the room, because there was no dirt or grime anywhere.

I didn't have change for snacks in the vending machine, so went to the front desk and was given change.

THE BED- so comfortable. And the pillows and linens smelled so fresh. 

How they got hotel towels to be so white and SO SOFT I will never know. The bathroom was small, but nice to have it so clean, and the sink outside the bathroom, so we could brush teeth while someone used the shower. 

We appreciated cable tv (Treehouse channel, yay!) and the flat screen tv. Well, the kids appreciated the tv. Ha!

Being close to the highway, the room was actually quite quiet.

Our only complaint was being a Sunday night/Monday morning, guys starting their trucks to go to work was a bit noisy. But the 5 minutes of half ton trucks was really nothing that would deter us.

Being a bit dated didn't deter from the fact that the room was polished. The towels and bed linens and room furnishings were well kept and cared for.

PLUS the four of us stayed for $100!!! Awesome!

This place was a random stop, and we feel like we found a little gem. We are looking forward to staying here in the future!

Random pit stop that paid off!

Just needed a place to stay for the night and the Nova inn ended up being a good option. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. We got to park our car right out front of our room. Even though situated right on the highway, it was a quite night sleep. Coffee in the lobby in the morning. All staff we encountered were incredibly efficient and friendly!!

We arrived late after driving all day. The clerk was very friendly and had excellent service. Unfortunately the room key didn’t work so he had to come let us in.  He worked very hard to make sure we were settled in

Great for the night

The property is showing its age but was clean. There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner didn't put out like we would have liked... probably needs a good cleaning.

Unable to adjust heat..too hot in room.  Advised to open window which did not help.  Turned’air condition’ on but hard to read knobs.  Noisy but cooled room.  Showered but tub drained poorly

The customer service was excellent! Due to a winter storm, our stay was extended along with our team who also decided to stay there! Having a restaurant connected was very convenient and the staff and food were great! The rooms were equipped with everything we needed! Affordable and comfortable.
