During our stay on the North Coast, we were visited by the Manic-V hydroelectric complex. That is why we had chosen this hotel not far from the 389 road that leads to the dam, for the evening before and the return from this almost six-hour road trip. This establishment is not in disuse but we see that it is lacking in some maintenance. We also had a clean, spacious room with all the services. We were on the second floor but there is an elevator and it works well. The place is quiet and well located in this city. The lunch was in the low price but covid-19 obliged, it will be limited to a prepared muffin, including fruit and vegetables. We had to come back to the bay and help the staff, and if we hadn't stopped there, we would have had to make a safe return.

We had to change rooms three times. The three bedrooms were dirty and smelled bad. They offered us a room to change for a third time, and the third room, similarly, had a room to change because the roof of the hotel room was rubbed, and the wall was dripping. They offered us a room to change, we accepted. The second room, still the mold to the ceiling of the dirty bathroom, the ceramic bathroom adhesives were black. They offered us a room to change for a third time, and the third room, similarly, had a room to change the ceiling of the hotel room, because the bathroom had to be rubbed and the carpet was stained. We were refreshed in this room. However, despite the fact that they were not visible, the bathroom was more expensive, and the bathroom was not as clean as it was. We have at least one room to keep the room clean. If we have a room that is not too small, we can't have the same room to keep it clean.

Very poorly maintained hotel

The quality/price ratio I was expecting. There's only one thing I didn't like the least: the carpet as a floor covering in the room. Good room size, fairly spacious relative to the price.

Satisfying

Old hotel, nice but in great need of love... wet carpets, smells in the corridors. Ask for a room on the side of the street...the ones in the back are right next to a factory that runs loud and constant engines (ventilation???)... you'd think it was an airplane engine, non-stop!

The need for love

Good for one night...bed too small for two people, less than a 54 inch and hollow in the center... clean, small fridge, microwave okay... small lunch okay... quiet.

More like a motel than a hotel.

When you walk into the lobby, it's bad with a strong smell of indoor air. This smell is still noticeable on the floors and in the room... Besides, if it's hot, the rooms don't all have air conditioning and the two tiny openings of a square foot don't really get the air in.

Only as a last resort

I spent the week at this hotel. It is well situated (near the 138) and there are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is a hotel that would need renovation in terms of bathroom and heating system.

The room was very clean with towels in quantities, enough choice for lunch, quiet place, the room was made every day and the fridge, microwave and coffee machine were greatly appreciated

Very clean and very good service

Very comfortable and clean room but double bed a little just for 2 people, I would have liked a big bed instead of a double bed (48 or 54 inches). I already booked and had a very big bed which was perfect so I imagine the rooms are different depending on the appearance and demand.

Reservation and reception very well

It's a good continental breakfast, there's what it takes to start the day on the right foot. The cabin is right, nothing more. The bed was very comfortable. It's a good price-quality ratio, we have what we pay for.
