Excellent property. Easy to find. Beautiful rooms. Great front desk. Super accommodating. We had to leave a day early and they were happy to refund us for the one night. Would love to stay here again.

The front desk was very friendly and quick as we showed up around midnight. They asked if we were hungry or needed a drink after our long day. We got our room which was beautifully renovated and the beds were lovely. We slept great.Breakfast was yummy and the coffee was perfect!We have already booked our next stay!Thank you!

So homy, spacious, clean & the breakfast filled our belly. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean. Staff was great and bed was very comfortable.

Property is completely renovated and room was great. Bed was very comfy. Two things missing; night stand light and hair dryer.

I needed a place to stay after my late arriving flight and was able to complete the reservation easily on line. There was a shuttle bus at the door when I came out of the airport and the driver was courteous and helpful. He made sure that my booking was OK before driving away. The shuttle was available again in the morning to return to the airport.

My wife and I like the property, the room, the staff and everything.two reasons why we only gave 4 stars is that the A/C is too small for the room and loud.non-stop running all night and second they don’t use a non-stick frying pan.our sunnyside up eggs looks like scrambled eggs.but overall we like it.

My mom and sister were flying in from Ontario.  They were arriving late so it was easier for me to book a room then make the drive.  The room was very large.  The hot tub was perfect size for 2 people and was in the one bedroom.  The room is equipped with a full kitchen.  The bed felt really soft at first but my back hurt in the morning.  The breakfast was a bit better than most as they had a waffle machine.  Lots of parking and I was happy that the sound of the planes did not keep me awake.  I would stay again.  All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful when asked questions.

There were renovations going on on the floor we were staying on so it felt somewhat run-down, but again, that could be just from the unfinished renos. The room itself felt very large. On top of the 2 queen beds, we had a kitchenette, sitting area and even a fireplace. The bathroom was small and the decor was outdated, but overall a lovely room and great place for the night.

Would stay again

Hotel/Motel is definitely dated but the room was in good condition and very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable.Very limited amenities but perfect for a comfortable overnight stay.The area immediately around it is mostly other hotels and car dealerships but its just across the highway from a large mall and a couple of minutes drive to the airport.

The room is outdated but very large and spacious. Good value for what you pay. Bed was extremely stiff but for one night it was manageable. The AC in the bedroom didn’t blow cold air. The biggest issue and reason I’ll never return was the maintenance worker who is contracted by the building. He started working outside on the rooms first thing in morning with the AC units drilling something. He was incredibly loud and never bothered to find out if the rooms were occupied. I stayed in the hotel as I came in from out of town and will be switching over to night shift (6pm-6am) and needed the morning to sleep in. He began drilling screws into the AC unit that woke me up - it was basically at the foot of my bed. When I asked him to stop and come back later, he said no he needed to finish and continued doing what he was doing completely ignoring me when I asked him to stop. It was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I informed front desk immediately. During check out, the front desk lady said he had come down and apologized claiming he had poor hearing so he didn’t know I was there. He straight up lied to her. I’ll never return back to this hotel. That contract worker needs to be replaced with someone else.

Good but I’ll never return

Beds were firmer than i like and havent seen touch lamps in a while but price was good, rooms and common areas very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We were sad the pool was not useable as it waiting for a part. I would stay here again.  I have stayed in a few Nisku hotels when visiting family and this is in top 3.
