The staff was so accommodating- they helped us in many ways.

Room was clean & well appointed. It looked like motel was being updated. Cookies were a nice touch.

Thunderstorm so didn’t get a chance to walk around the area. Girl at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Dinner at the Rum Runner was delicious

I was a little unsure of location due to highway noise, but our room was very quiet.

Clean friendly staff, we have stayed here before and will again

The staff at this motel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, I did have concerns about the cleanliness of the room. While it wasn’t terrible, it could have been better maintained to make guests feel more comfortable. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this place could easily earn higher ratings.

Okay for 1 night stay

After a fruitless, last minute get-away Expedia.ca search for weekend accommodations in Fernie, I thought, "Hm-mmm...Coleman's a short drive from Fernie, so perhaps we could stay there instead.  As it worked out, BCMInns popped up as one of the primary hotels in Coleman, and they had one room left for the two nights we planned to be in the area.  Firstly, locating the BCMInns establishment was a breeze.  It's a quick turn off the Crownest Highway heading West as you enter the town.  Secondly, check-in was also a pleasant experience.  The young lady behind the check-in counter was extremely pleasant, and very helpful regarding recommending local eateries and places to visit during our two night stay.  Thirdly, the room was just what we needed--two comfortable, queen-size beds, plenty of bureau, closet, and desk space, and the bathroom, as well as the sleeping living area, was spotlessly clean.  Having a Keurig coffee maker on hand, as well as a larger microwave and apartment-size 'fridge was also a plus.  Fourthly and finally, room service was spot-on, and the check out took all of 30 seconds, ending with a cheery "See you next time!"  I highly recommend BCMInns, Coleman, for anyone traveling the Crowsnest Highway who's looking for affordable, clean, and pleasant accommodation.  5/5 stars all 'round!

Cassie was incredible. I've had a horrendous couple of months and really needed a night away. I signed in with shaking hands and anxious babbling. She responded with patience, kindness, understanding and offered me a cookie.My room was lovely. It was very clean and had everything I needed. The parking spot was right outside my room. The housekeeper was outside but didn’t interrupt me while I was preparing to leave. She gave me time to pack up and check to ensure I was leaving with everything I came with. The customer service couldn't have been better. I stay here every year and they always seem happy and grateful to see the massive group of us (our sports group usually books most of the hotel) despite the fact some of us are not

This was a reasonably priced and extremely convenient location for our recent road trip. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and very helpful when we asked for extra towels. The free cookies were a nice added touch. The room was comfortable and well-suited to our needs. I would stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years.  Have always had  the pleasure of staying in the suites with balconies.  The main floor one has 2 chairs and a table on the balcony, which is a bonus.  The upper floor has no patio furniture at all.  The main floor suite has a large jacuzzi  for a pleasant soak.  The rooms are clean but showing signs of wear and tear.  The sinks were slow to drain and there was mold around one set of taps.........carpets worn looking.  All & all it was fine.  We stayed 2 nights each time this summer and because of Covid asked not to have any maid service  which worked out OK.  There are a lot of workers at this hotel but the parking is great.  I truly love the view from the balconies and the close proximity to some good eating establishments.  There is a central ice machine on the ground floor,  Staff are helpful and we will be returning again soon.

Always Enjoy The View From The Balcony Rooms

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have never been disappointed.  This stay was a last minute decision and after we booked the room found out the hotel was fully booked due to a rodeo nearby, but as normal, it was quiet and peaceful.  The rooms were clean, and spacious and the bed comfy.  Our only fault with the place is you can hear people walking overhead and along the walkway, but once you get used to that it is a peaceful sleep.  There were some guests who went outside a few times to smoke in their big diesel work truck and they seemed to forget that there were other guests in the Inn, but you get those at any place you stay. The Inn is easy to reach from the highway and has good parking.  My tip of the day is get a room upstairs at the end of the motel that is away from the office.  If you are unable to climb stairs, a room on the lower end of the Inn at the same place works just as well.

Comfortable and clean

We had been staying in Fernie until the night before I ran the Sinister 7 - 100 mile trail running race. I didn't need a room Satirday night since I had to run all day and all night. But Sunday evening I was ready for a really good night's sleep. This place didn't disappoint. It's meticulously clean, had a fridge and microwave, leather couch and a table and chairs for eating. The stunning views of the surrounding mountains are great. The location is central to many great Crowsnest Pass recreational opportunities. It's super clean, basic good value.

Post Sinister 7 recovery

The outside stair cases need some work, the sink and bath tub could use some attention,  for the price its well worth it.
