Nice and clean cabin. Good food and the restaurant.

This is the only lodging/dining spot in a distance, but it turns out to be a delightful gem. The property offers cabins that have a camping feel but with the amenities. Restaurant on the premise that serves quite decent food. A small gift store. If you take a walk to the back of the property is the Sunwapta Fall, very nice.

We stayed here and loved it. it was quiet our room looked out to the bush. On our last night we saw the brown bear out our window it was fanastic

I stayed with my family at Sunwapta, and it was a good experience, judging from the fact that its in the middle of nowhere.

Excellent location, terrific staff. Very friendly. Great breakfast options. May seem expensive to some but it was worth the price for us. Especially given that it’s located at the Icefield Parkway and it’s a seasonal property. Highly recommended

It was late 9 pm, to be exactly, I was tired and I saw this place on the road, I parked and my girlfriend went to ask if the restaurant was per friendly, they said yes, but they closed at 9, butttt they can take us if we order really fast, we did it, everything was delicious, and then the server asked us if we are going to stay at the hotel because there was only one room left, the receptionist was so helpful. I worked at the most expensive hotel in Edmonton, and, believe me all the staff at this resort is amazing. Thank you everyone for your kindness.

This is a great place to stay inside the park. It is walkable distance to the falls. The restaurant has a good selection of items on the menu (including vegetarian). The self-service breakfast has a good selection in the morning. The restaurant staff is very friendly. This is a great place to stay. I give it 5*****.

Accommodations were good. No air conditioning so luckily it was cold at night. Breakfast was very good but the evening menu was disappointing. There was no other dining option so we drove to Jasper and bought groceries for the rest of the stay.  The Sunwapta Falls nearby were impressive and within walking distance.

The hotel was a comfortable and convenient place to stay on the Columbia Icefields highway.  It offered economical room, which was clean ( stayed in Lodge room) and provided a porch in which to enjoy the outdoors.  The restaurant was pricey but food was tasty ( prices comparable to Jasper Town). I'd stay again

Comfortable,  Convenient hotel

We stayed for 2 nights about a week before the very unfortunate Jasper wildfire.  The staff was very accommodating and friendly.   We ate at the restaurant for dinner twice, and the food was good, although the menu is limited.   The free breakfast was better than most hotel continental breakfasts.   Our cabin was sufficient - nothing fancy, but that is what we expected in a national park.   Be aware if it’s hot - there is no air conditioning.   They provided a table fan, and we kept the windows open, which helped.

Good option in the Jasper area

An amazing casualty.

We loved this place.  Right next to the lower falls and the walk to the upper falls is worth it!  (I might have upper and lower mixed up!)  
the cabin style king room had a real wood burning fireplace!  also a picture window towards the woods.  Such a great place, and the staff was exceptional - especially, Martin, Brianna, Shannon, and Nyla.  I'll review the restaurant as well.  gourmet food with a blazing fire, what could be better!!?
The gift shop was very nice, also.

Wonderful stay!!

Had a very pleasant 2 night stay here, the rooms were well equipped and clean, bed was very comfortable, there was a fridge and coffee maker a microwave can be borrowed but we didnt need one, a small dining table and e chairs, a continental breakfast was available every korning which was an added bonus, there is heating and our cabin also had a fireplace  we didnt use it but I expect on a very cold night it would be lovely, the onsite restaurant is lovely and the staff are all very friendly and helpful, I would stay here again

Great place right on the parkway 

Stayed twice, great location, staff we're super friendly and knowledgeable. Parking can get full and breakfast can get busy, but a great location for exploring the area. You can walk to the falls. Wifi limited, but enjoyed the time to chill on the deck outside our twin queen room. The single queen cabin was particularly wonderful, with a fireplace. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended.

Property was further than expected from Jasper. The only dining option for 30  minutes drive is the resort restaurant. The cabin quarters were cramped and walls quite thin, could hear adjoining cabins movements and tv quite well. The Wi-if is very very bad. The pathway to the cabins is nice looking for an outdoorsy feel but you can’t drag your suitcase over the uneven randomly placed flagstone and it is also something to be careful on for us older folks. They did have some amazing water pressure in the shower, the staff was all friendly, the food and fireplace in the restaurant were enjoyable.
