The place was really perfect for my needs. Is a fully set up apartment and very clean. The one disappointing thing about it was I rented it for 3 weeks but was called back to work a week early so only needed it for 2 weeks. I asked for a credit for the week as I would be returning the following month. There was no negotiation and no refund or credit was given. I would have rented it consistently but due to this policy I won’t be returning.

liked the fact that it was a complete apartment, with microwave, stove, washer & dryer with cleaning supplies. We had a small vacuum to use.Would stay again and recommend it to others.

We were staying here as we had people had our house! It was convenient, easy checkin and checkout! Great to have a full kitchen, desk and laundry onsite.Only downside was no air conditioner so it was hot! Would recommend bringing a fan. Lawn chairs would be nice to sit out on the deck as well. The area is beautiful and a short walk to the river and only 5 minutes to shopping etc in Seton.Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a full service spot that is quiet, safe and clean.

Stay would have been pretty good if I could sleep 😂. The bed in the property is about the firmness of a 3 week stale loaf of bread. I would recommend a foam topper in the closet as an option for guests to put on the bed. Outside of the bed the condo is not bad. New and very clean, it is on a bottom floor set up so there is a unit above but the noise was surprisingly not noticeable from the top units. It's also close to the YMCA, theatres lots of places to go eat and get coffee if needed.

It was a nice one bedroom appartment.  We did not use the kitchen so I cannot comment on it.The only nice thing would've been if there was an outlet or table lamp with a usb port in it.They did have wifi but I had to email them to get the password.The check in and out were easy.The damage deposit should be returned within 7 days of check out.

Easy to find, not far from main highway everything done by text once at the property for check in and check out
