Amazing!  Stayed in the 2 suites.  Spotless with all the amenities.  Give you a gourmet breakfast menu circle what you want.  Delivered right to your room.  John is an amazing host.  5 plus stars.  Thank you.  We will be back.  Keep up the fantastic work.

My husband and I only stayed one night. The Grants were so accommodating. We stayed in the executive suite and it was very private and quiet. We had a swim in their heated outdoor pool. In the morning we were served the Best breakfast ever. Just delicious! 👌

I've not been up here for a while, last visit was March 2022, nothing has changed, this is still a little piece of heaven.  If you are ever feeling down, stressed, unhappy or you need a place to stay to attend a wedding or birthday, my God, this place is it!!!!!!  The room is tranquil, cool, estetically appealing, the food is gorgeous and the Host's are so wonderful, funny and kind, I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I need to go to Beaverton.  This is a hidden gem amongst a bunch of other airbnb properties that are just out to gouge you.  You must come here, and be immersed in the small town world, I absolutely love it, and the bed, I was going to take home, so unbelievably comfortable.  Dogs are welcomed, and if you smoke, there's a seperate porch attached to your room.  There is an incredible pool, and the flowers surrounding the property are beautiful.  When making your suggestions for breakfast, go for the juice, the coffee, the fruit bowl and the Eggs Benny , absolutely fabulous. Love the Hosts,  Grant and Lore, small town charm at it's finest.  Love the Grant House, you will too!!!  Pick up the phone and call them, they are awesome!!!

I  would highly recommend Grant House in Beaverton.   The suite has everything you need and is very comfortable.  A delicious and generous breakfast is delivered to your room.  The grounds of the property are lovely  and there is a heated salt water pool for guests to enjoy. I hope to visit again soon.

Comfortable, spacious, convenient, well-appointed B&B, with friendly hosts and just excellent breakfasts delivered to your room, (with full menu and lots of vegetarian and vegan options). Oh, and did I mention the heated saltwater pool, private balcony with BBQ, and ridiculously friendly cat. Air conditioning, fireplace, full kitchen, good wifi ... shall I stop?

We found ourselves without a place to stay last week while on a motorcycle trip.  While having lunch at  a local restaurant, our server told us about Grant House and we called.  They had a room available that night, so we grabbed it.  Within minutes of our arrival, we were already asking if the room was available an extra night - we didn't want to leave.  We had a nice time swimming and lounging by the pool.  The room was elegant and comfortable with every amenity you could think of.  John and Lori were warm and welcoming.  The gardens were beautiful.  Breakfast was outstanding.  My hubby had the omelet, and I had the eggs benedict - both were cooked to perfection and delicous.  We came home and are already talking with friends about booking to go back in the fall.

Great place, wonderful people!! The suite was very clean and equipped with all amenities, the bed was comfortable and the home made breakfast was simply delicious!! Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Grant!!! We will be back! 

My husband found Grant House B&B  while searching the internet. We needed a little getaway, and the rooms in the Grant House looked lovely.  We stayed in the Lord Simcoe  Executive Suite, and it was simply perfect in every way.  This suite was very clean, beautifully decorated, and was equipped with everything we could ask for.  There was a kitchenette with a fridge and a large ceiling fan above our very comfortable bed.  There was a balcony with a table and chairs, overlooking the absolutely beautiful yard and gardens. We sat on the balcony that evening, while enjoying a glass of wine.  There was also a salt water pool which was heated, (unfortunately we weren't able to use it) and there were lounging chairs to sit on around the pool.   We were able to select from a menu, our choice of what we would like for breakfast.  We enjoyed our meal outside on the covered porch at the front of the house. We both had a fresh fruit salad that had 11 different types of fruit.  Our omelettes were delicious.  We were full for the rest of the day.
Above all, Lore and John were wonderful hosts.   Thank you both of you for  everything.  (and you continue to be in our thoughts)

Spent 3 nights recently at the Grant House.  Our room was very nice, really appreciated the jet tub.  The breakfast's were outstanding, great way to start the day.  More importantly John and Lore were outstanding hosts.  So friendly and welcoming.  They went above and beyond for our daughter who was travelling with us and moving to the area for the summer. Our family had a great visit to Beaverton for Canada Day weekend and although we were there for the main musical act and other festivities one of the best parts of our stay was the Grant House. John and Lori Grant have an outstanding place that I would recommend to anyone. Our breakfast on Sunday morning was fantastic, the suites at the back are fully outfitted and spacious. Pool area is great, grounds are well maintained. Hope to go back soon.

A gem!

We went ice fishing with Tim Hales for a couple of days and decided to stay overnight in Beaverton. The Grant House was recommended and we stayed in the Lord Simcoe suite. It exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners John and Lore were amazing. We decided to stay another night and we're glad we did as fishing all day took its toll. Lore's breakfasts were fantastic and their hospitality was next to none. We plan on returning next year. It was great meeting you both and thank you for making our stay in Beaverton so enjoyable.
