If you need an apartment for a longer stay in Sihanoukville, and do not want to be at the beach front this could be a good option. Apartments are a good size with simple self catering facilities. A good fridge freezer, wifi and decent tv channels and comfy furniture. The rooms are serviced once a week and it has a nice pool at the back of the property. Having a generator installed, there is rarely a problem with the power supply. You will pay for the water and electric on top of the rent. ITs location is near to shops and markets and a hospital is just up the road Rooms on the front do get some noise from the road The staff are very helpful and their English pretty good. A tuk tuk to the beach was about $3.
