Clean, comfortable and good service.
Really close to Pub street (within minutes of walking distance), however the location of the guest house is a little bit hard to find because it's hidden in a small alley.
Have a nice time staying there for 2 nights, will definitely stay there again if I am going to visit Angkor again.

This guesthouse is in a perfect location, a 2 minute walk from the hustle of Pub street located down a quiet alley. Other reviews have commented upon the noisy nights however we didn't find this to be the case from our room on the second floor. The room itself (double en-suite AC) was spacious, clean and affordable at $15 per night with the option of breakfast for an additional $2 (much cheaper then eating on pub street). The staff were very friendly and were also  quick to act upon any requests (booking tuk tuks, tours etc). Overall we had a great relaxing stay at this family guesthouse and could not recommend it more!

Good rooms, helpful proprietors. Great outdoor common area but they sell no drinks (despite having a commercial drinks fridge) of any kind so no-one socialises there...and a pool table would be good with so much space.  Being in the Pub Street extension it can be noisy until midnight.  For now, a good price, close to the action, and quiet during the day but in the longer term this place will be swallowed up by the bar environment so why isn't it getting with it?

Great location with affordable price

booked 2 nights, stayed for a week

Quiet days, noisy evenings,

We stayed one night, then switched hotels due to noise considerations.  The Prohm Roth is located on PubStreet extension, which proved to be too close for our tastes and made it impossible to sleep through the night. 

As for the guesthouse itself, the double bed rooms are large and cozy, water pressure is decent with warm to mildly hot temperature water. Breakfast was included with our room rate, and proved to be a simple menu of eggs, toast/butter/jam, and coffee/tea. The staff are very helpful, and will go out of their way to make things better if they can,if you give the opportunity.

If it weren't for the noise from Pub Street at night, we would stay there again.

Free pick up service?  The guesthouse forgot to pick us up,  luckily a nice tuk tuk driver offered to call and remind them. 

The place is basic and that is a super compliment. The room includes a bed (no tv or any other equipment,  nevertheless the Booking ads). Bugs come out of the shower. Place rather dirty. 

The big pros are the cheap price and the good location (Pub Street is seconds away).

When checking out, the staff insisted to take only cash (again- nevertheless the Booking ads) since the creditcard machine is out of work, we insisted too and we all were surprised to discover the machine is working... 

To conclude,  next time visiting Angkor (which is a MUST) we'll for some other place.
