My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights.

We originally booked 2 nights through Airbnb (I think it was about $40 including breakfast per night, for 2 people) 
We wanted cheaper accommodation and we're thinking about changing, so we
asked at reception how much it was to book another night, $15 per night, or $25 including breakfast. 

We stayed another 4 nights!

Rooms have hot water shower, European toilet, they made our beds and cleaned our room everyday. 

Breakfast was great! We had scrambled eggs and bacon, omelette and bacon. (The bacon was a small serving, but it is everywhere) 

Pool is very clean, we swam in it atleast once a day. 

Reception can book anything and everything for you. 

Tuk tuk

I've read lots of review saying not to use guest house tuk tuk as they are more expensive. We found the opposite! 

Our tuk tuk was well presented, reliable, and very professional. 

All day tuk tuk tour of Angkor Temples $15 for 2 people. 

Tuk tuk into pub street or markets $2 for 2 people and the driver will wait to take you back if you want. 

(We chose to get a random tuk tuk to see if it was cheaper, tried to charge us $3.)

In summary we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. 

 



Our family stayed for 5 nights and loved it here! The kids really enjoyed the pool, it was a great way to break up the activities in the heat of the day. We arranged for Sam to drive us during our stay and he also found us an excellent guide for our tour of Angor Wat. Don't miss the sunrise; totally worth waking up early for! Very happy we did both of these as it made the trip more special and significantly easier. Also, they did our laundry for a very fair price and returned it so neatly folded that everything looked brand new! Our kids felt like we had our own home and were surrounded by friends. And yes, the pool is shared with non-guests, but it added to the experience and gave our kids a richer perspective and some playmates! Would highly recommend and would without hesitation stay here again. Clean rooms, comfy beds and very friendly staff. 10 stars!

Exceeded expectations, like staying with family

Stayed here for a week with friends in their twin bed rooms. We chose this place because it's very near to Angkor Wat (about 10 mins or less by tuk tuk from the villa) and reasonable price. We were not disappointed as this place turned out to be the perfect & wonderful stay for us. 
We felt like home. Quiet, peaceful, clean, comfortable beds, free wifi & good breakfast. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and replaced with fresh towels. Tuk tuk is easily available from the villa with reasonable charges - just arrange at the reception. 
Mr Mony (the managing director) Mr Sovann (the manager) & the staff were all very nice, friendly & helpful.  Thank you. 
Definitely a great place worth staying when visiting Angkor Archaeological Park.



A Little Gem in a Great Location

This already excellent hotel has recently moved locations and is even better that it was before. I've spent over 8 months staying with the friendly and welcoming staff and they have always made me feel welcome and comfortable. The new location now features a swimming pool and this only adds to the places charm. Most of all You will receive a wondeful welcome from all the staff, who have become dear friends. Thank you to all at the Nikkivinsi for taking care of me so well

My home away from home

My friend and me actually stayed in Nikkivinsi during our Feb 2015 trip to Siem Reap, the hotel is of good standard given the price level, location is good, close to everywhere. 
What I can't forget about is the breakfast and especially the coffee, which was from Vietnam according the nice owner, actually I'm writing this review to try to get in touch with you to find out where and how can I get some of those good coffee? Really miss them! Thanks!
