We arrived early in the morning and our hotel is fully booked and no room were free for early check in. That's when we found this room along the same street. Just $10 for.an Aircond room. Value for.money. No lift in this guest house. But that's ok as we are a group of youngsters. Room is ok. Bathroom is clean. We checked out in 6 hours time.

Room are ok, people are friendly little bit far from beach. But you can rent the motorbike to drive there 15 minutes. It's near city central. Some restaurant are near you can choose Cambodia food or European food. Hospital take 20 minutes by motorbike or 10 minutes by taxi.

Not advisable for.elderly who can't climb up staits

Room are ok, people are friendly.

There are two kinds of room: with and without air con, costs $14 and $8 respctively.

I tried a room without aircon which is located on the rooftop, but it turned into a sauna. Even worse, the electricity in rooftop is on and off (They have electricity circuit for each floor). I ended up sleepless and full of sweat. I then changed to the air conditioned room on the following night.

The room is pretty good, albeit only twin bed available. Bed cover is changed every single day, restroom is also clean and tidy. Wifi is excellent! Especially in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor, since the router is located in the 3rd floor.

The owner is an old lady who speaks english just a bit. However, her daughter (a young khmer lady) and grandson (the young lady's 10 y.o son) speak pretty good english and they are very kind yet helpful.

No free breakfast, but we can find street foods easily in the morning, mostly are khmer, thai, chinese or indian foods. The famous Plov Plos restaurant is also located nearby and opens from 7 AM.

Cons:
1. no elevator, just steep stairs. Completely not recommended for elderly and them with heart problem.
2. Tuk-tuk driver in front of the guest house mostly don't speak english and don't understand many street names nor buildings. My friend and I gave up with them and decided to just walk anywhere instead.

Good enough

It's a simple room and clean. Near to d market, you can get a delicious pudding in d morning. All d staffs are friendly n helpful. They will give you any information nicely. You can rent tuktuk that always park in front of the guest house. Recommend one if u need a simple room.
