This hotel is excellent. Good location and reasonably priced. I have stayed here many times. At one visit I was unwell and the staff were very caring and even went out to get something from a pharmacy for me. They checked with me to make sure I was ok and got food for me. I could not be more impressed. Would recommend this hotel highly. 

Great stuff great rooms responsible price good breakfast very clean comfortable bed close to everything. Lot's of TV channels in English great air-conditioned room and also shower is great I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I am in phnom penh Cambodia.

Centrally located, just next to riverside. Well  maintained. Rooms are decently spaced, neat and tidy. Special mention to Ms.SreeMon for excellent hospitality. Walking distance from Central Market and Night Market.

The hotel is close to the river but does not overlook it, so don’t expect this. Although their pictures are showing the hotel on a side road just very close to the river. The room I stayed in was comfortable and without a window which was absolutely great as the noise in the front street is loud, so if you don’t like noise do not have a room on the front.

My room was clean and presentable. Considering it's location I have never slept so well. The staff from reception to cleaners were lovely. Breakfast was more or less the same every day but ok. Good value. No complaints here

I had a one-bedroom apartment in 2019 and it was fantastic. I ended up staying for eight months. The staff could not be better. The property is immaculate and the staff is friendly and highly professional. The front desk people, doorman, and I can forget housekeeping. They were the very best. The place is so clean I didn't have to do much cleaning myself. Full kitchen with oven and microwave oven as well. Cloths washer so you don't have to send anything out. The day manager is super cool and very helpful.She helped me with a lighting problem I had and made sure everything was new and up to date . Thumbs up guys. Like I said Graet place!!!

This is a very comfortable hotel. The bed is soft and big. The pillows are perfect. Nice warm comforter. The room is huge. The shower is about the best shower I have had in a hotel. Staff is friendly. Location is right next to river and nightlife. 

I had an awesome 3 nights stay at this hotel. They exceeded my expectations. The entire hotel was super clean and well maintained. Only the morning breakfast need some variation. Easy access along the stretch with lots and lots of entertainment, food varieties and convenient stores.

We had an awesome 10 day stay at the Lux hotel.  They exceeded our expectations.  The entire hotel was super clean (hallway, stairs, everywhere).   Rooms design was very nice.  Beds were comfortable.  Rooms were perfectly clean.  The front desk staff were AWESOME.... happy, nice, helpful,speak good English.   The breakfast staff was so nice that we looked forward to seeing them every morning.   Me and 3 friends left with a wonderful experience at the Lux hotel.

Great location near Mekong River. Good and friendly hotel staff. Nice and well maintained room only problem I faced that power unit to charge Mobile and laptop was not near the bed. Otherwise great hotel to stay....love to be there again

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment over New Year.  The apartment was fine - a bit basic and the cooker did not work as it had no gas but we did not complain as we ate out all the time.  The air con worked well thank goodness as it was hot.

The apartments are close to the river and the night market and so are in a good spot.  Not that that matters much as if you install the Grab app, you can get a tuk tuk anywhere for a dollar or two.

The thing I did not like is that the street is full of girlie bars.  Per se that is not the issue but it attracts heaps of single men aged 50 to 70, many of them looking plain seedy.  The hotel itself has quite a few of them staying, as you will see at breakfast.  A few of them are arrogant towards the Cambodians - ironic really as those same Cambodians are such lovely people and far more so than some of those men.

I would not want to put anything off staying at the hotel - it is fine, seemed quite safe, was clean and the staff were delightful.  But it is worth being aware of the area.

Apartments are fine - the area is seedy

The location is great. The hotel room booked through third party is value for money with breakfast sufficient for my needs. Initially, I was given a room with no window at all. But, on request, Srey Mom arranged a room with a window saying it was a free upgrade.  Thanks to her. The room was clean.  Most staff in the breakfast area were struggling to talk in English. I understand there is a shortage of staff in Phnom Penh.

Stay was good with many options for lunch/dinner outside the hotel.

Both day shift and night shift staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed here twice in a standard king room.
Both our rooms had everything working just fine. Clean, fresh linens and excellent lighting.
Segregated shower area with good hot water and pressure.
The buffet breakfast for me was fried eggs/omelet, bacon and toast. Enough to last me all day.
I used the hotel's taxi contact twice, to Sihanoukville and to the airport. Prices were equal to anything you can find online. I recommend.
Your guaranteed a comfortable stay at this hotel.
