For this good rate one cannot complaint as the hotel is very well maintained. The room is spacious and clean. The design is clear cut and not tacky or heavy with local flavour. Just take note that the hotel does not serve breakfast or does it have any restaurant. I pay $22 to get a front view facing the river and it comes with balcony. Not bad. Suggest to rent a bicycle to move around.
