We found ourselves in Siem Reap for the Khmer New Year celebration which lasts for three days and includes being sprayed by water guns and dusted with baby powder along with lots of dancing...Hotel Be was definitely in the middle of the action. Martin, the owner, was very welcoming, attentive, and accommodating to all of our needs. All of the staff were great, very friendly. The Bamboo room was a very nice size with an unexpected lounge area and decorated creatively. The sheets were so soft, if only they would have fit in my backpack...and most importantly, great A/C and WiFi. Breakfasts were large, the pancakes were delicious (wish I had the recipe). Drinks at the Linga bar were good too.
