25 reviewsWe stayed three nights at this hotel. The rooms are pretty good with a bathtub, AC, a fridge, a TV, a king-size bed, a large wardrobe,... and some of them have a balcony! The hotel features a modern gym and a delightful swimming-pool. The staff is okay. They don't always understand what you say, even though they sound fluent in Kirundi, French and English, but that's a detail. It's not enough to spoil the atmosphere of this excellent hotel. At the top, you will find a restaurant. The Burundian dishes are good. The vegetarian dishes, on the other hand, won't get a smile on your face, but for a few days away from home you will survive (if you are vegetarian). We particularly enjoyed the view on lake Tanganyika. Overall, we had a great time at this hotel. I heartily recommend it to you (but keep in mind that you are in the poorest country in the world).
