What you need more for your vacation? First line at Black Sea cost, close by to Nesebar, sunny beach and Marina Dinevi yacht port, calm and clean place to stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff.That’s all is in Royal bay. We had short , but memorable stay.

Royal Bay is a great place to stay. It’s on the beach and only a 10min walk from the town of StVlas. Value for money if or eating and drinking out. Sunny Beach is only 2km away and worth a visit if you want the night life.

Quiet place, less than 2 minutes walking to the beach. Big and well equiped apartments. Wi-Fi in each of them. Beautifull pool, with sunbeds, free of charge. Own parking, near the biggest supermarket.

What a charming place,it had two pools and a nice spa and it was right on the waterfront.It  had a nice couple of shops in the movies and very nice studios and apartments with great views.We really enjoyed our stay .There is a food shop in the main building if you want to make your own food ,but there are restaurants nearby.
Overall it was very good ,visiting again.

The apartment was large, clean and with a mini kitchen. The property is near the beach, but you have poor conditions for a sunbath because the beach is very narrow and is located in a very small bay. No sunbeds or umbrellas for the location. Instead you have two nice pools well equiped. Is a very quiet place. The supermarket is at 3 min drive. Sveti Vlas has a very nice marina and a large beach near it. Staff is ok and helpful. It was a very pleasant vacantion. 

This is my 4th trip to The Royal Bay with family and friends and we were not disapointed. The hotel has been well looked after and continues to serve good value food and drink. The location is on the beach front and there are now lots of local restaurants and bars within walking distance. We often took the 10 min walk in to St Vlas for dinner on an evening but we did keep migrating to the Sports Bar loacted in the Aqua Dreams complex around the corner where there was a good food, happy hour all day long and entertainment every evening. Beer is £1 pound a pint which is a good measurement and we could all eat out with food and drink for approx £10 per head every evening. We are looking forward to ging again next year.

A very pleasant surprise!

Lovely vacation in Sveti Vlas.

This is absolutely the worst experience in my life.

We've checked in at 1 am after 18 hours drive, as it turned out there was no water in the hotel. i mean no water at all! you can't even flush or wash your kids hands!!!
Later i found out that they filling the pool from 22:00 to 8:00 and from 11:00 to 17:00 and during that time they disable the water in the whole hotel :))))

Restaurant looked like it's permanently closed;
The pool was still empty (may 31);
WiFi constantly disconnecting;
there are huge spiders in bedrooms and bathrooms;
Microwave was absent although i did saw it on photos;
Stove and Oven not working;
TV is not set up, there were no channels at all;
Mattresses made of stone

but worst of all - there's absolutely no one to complain to, the place has literally no workers, not even a reception and even if you call them - they're not going to solve any of these problems.

We moved out on the second day although i paid for 4 nights, i asked the building manager Daniel for refund, but he refused to give it to us, so now i'm taking my time to write this honest review.
