Harmony Suites - Dream Island

10 out of 10 fantastic We arrived at midnight with a 6 and 9 yr old and plenty of luggage, we was a little worried about that because reception leaves at 8pm the 24 hour security guard, peta was expecting us and helped us in, and it was like wow, the whole plays was lit up like a fairy tail we signed the passport stuff and peta gave us a wrist band and said this allows us to go to ANY of the other harmony’s suits hotels and use there facilities, which was fantastic because before I booked it my wife wanted to go to the monte Carlo harmony my my son wanted to goto the hobbit chess board harmony and we settled on dream island harmony for our 6 yr olds easy use of this pool they are all nxt to each other and we were greeted at each harmony with lovley smiles My wife and daughter went to the monte Carlo one to have the nails done and a Turkish massage all top class service and a total bargain it’s a bit more upmarket in this one so bring ur A game , we turned up with two hungry kids mid day sun, sun tan lotion dripping sweaty all over and we must have looked a sight, however they treated us like everyone else and were so nice and friendly my wife couldn’t wait to go back for the treatments this time not looking like we been dragged backwards through a hedge Me and my son spent a bit of time nxt door at the chess board/dinosaur harmony again fantastic people and I think because there’s a good mix of people like us on holiday and people there who own there own apartments and are living in these beautiful hotels all yr around they keep these hotels in amazing condition the pools all of them spotless the shrubs flowers, flawless, the furniture spotless, apparently there are 20 harmony suits I can imagine they are as flawless as the three we visited which looked better in real life than the internet by a mile our room was a one bedroom two room suituation peta the security showed us to our room, it was on the ground floor over looking the lazy river quite pool, a private balcony due to the shrubs nice big fridge decent sized freezer compartment not the usual freezer u can only fit a a choc ice in the sofa bed was all set up and laid out for the kids main bedroom two single beds put together and both beds the same height lol not like some holidays we’ve had lol plenty of power in the shower little washing machine hidden in the bathroom cupboard was a nice surprise and we used it fantastic the internet with all the phones and kindles never struggled or bottomed out the distance on it was really good no dead spots the tv probably a hand full of English channels but we had internet so wasn’t important because the storage was great all the mess was kept out of eye sight so the apartment never felt small or cramped cleaned every day a lovely lady’s helped us and our children keep it looking great big effort on any day The nxt day we had a good look around, nice strong coffee at pool side the young bar man was great all holiday spoke great English pool side has great internet We was able to leave our children in the pool and could see everything that was going on from pool side ( which is why I wanted this hotel) It starts off shallow, perfect for our six yr old and goes deeper for our nine yr old perfect, a good mixture of sizes around the pool, so never felt uncomfortable all levels of tans as well so never felt to white or to big perfect it never felt like a posers pool it was a great balance of family and fun this was a great choice of hotel I think we was the only English in this hotel which didn’t bother us or the kids they made plenty of friends as did we, reception lady was amazing very friendly security team all friendly, and fantastic This was our fourth visit to sunny beach for holidays we usually stay in the same place but they put the prices up and at the new price it put it in the same bracket as some up market hotels such as this one we loved our last hotel and the people which is why we always went there but we love love this one And we have now found a new hotel to keep coming back to this has everything we need And the ability to hop between the hotels for different things spa treatments etc etc perfect Location from hotel to the beach is about 13 minutes walk with no stops with a six yr old However the walk is nice but you have to walk past plenty of fun looking shops filled with ice cream and blow up children’s toys and exciting things to buy Theres a lovely fresh fruit stall a kebab shop pharmacy etc etc so it’s never just a straight 13 minute walk but that’s part of our daily fun around the corner from the hotel was a place to play American pool and have a pint Across the road is Cactus jacks restaurant we had plenty of meals in there nice little kiddy’s park nxt to it perfect distraction at the right times, we can’t wait to come back Thankyou to all the staff and people we met we see you again nxt yr cheers
