Excellent location, good and responsive hosts, very clean and generally well-equipped modern unit with easy ground-floor access. Two problems:(1) No chairs. There are four barstools that are not comfortable for more than short periods, but literally no chairs of any kind. The "dining" area adjacent to the kitchen is narrow, but could still accommodate a couple of chairs and maybe a small table.(2) Thin walls, meaning noise from the adjacent unit. You can hear even normal conversation through the bedroom wall, and the people staying there the same week as me were up until all hours playing music and talking loudly. On the plus side, the unit faces the garden, not the street, so there's less noise from the window side (although still some if there is daytime work going on anywhere nearby).
