Very nice comfortable warm room, sea view room, beds are excellent, hotel staff very helpful and courteous, breakfast buffet is very plentiful and tasty, 6th floor relaxing area is great,  sauna steam room jacuzzi and massage rooms, had a hour long  massage there very reasonably priced. 
We are definitely staying there again 

Very comfortable 

I spent 2 weeks in the hotel at the beginning of September, a one-room room on the 5th floor, the balcony opens a magnificent view of the lake and the sea, but below is a semi-destroyed barn - but I looked away and it was the most positive impression! The room clearly requires cosmetic repair, bedding and two towels are far from new, no spa towel, the mat under the bed bought myself, but the trouble began when the fridge came in cockroaches - I didn't even realize what the animals were, I poisoned them for three days with the means I bought myself!

Surprise room!!!

The hotel has certainly advantages: just between the sea and the lake: it offers stunning views. The spa centre is nice and clean, also with great views. The personnel is generally polite. The food is tasty, almost like home cooked food. But also some stupid disadvantages: some of the rooms are tiny and one needs to open the door a few times at night to get some air. No cuttlery or plates in the kitchen, the hobs don't work. They start kicking you out 20 min before the closing time of the spa and you are not supposed to go out on the beach using the hotel gowns. Otherwise, the usual crap architecture of a new Bulgarian hotel, surrounded by dilapidated buildings and more ugly hotels. :(

3 days at New Year

The rooms are normal, many with sea views, all with air conditioning. There is a small but cozy and well-equipped spa area: Turkish sauna, Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, massage room, dirt treatment. Apparently this is the first year that accommodation is only offered with a full board - a Swedish table. Of course, this is not Turkey 5 stars, but the price is appropriate. The food is simple, without expense (as everywhere in Pomerania) sometimes you have to wait until you have finished bringing it. We were not hungry, but sometimes the food offered can be considered as a basic menu and dose.

Good price-to-service ratio

It is in good condition, well maintained 40 room family hotel, situated on the beach, very next to Grand Hotel. Excellent sea view. The food in the restaurant is tasty, fresh and diverse. There is a garden added to it. Parking too. Friendly staff, quick fix if any goes wrong. The biggest advantage is the Panorama Spa on the top sixth floor where even the sauna is panoramic. Haven't seen such! You can enjoy massage or some of the typical for the area lye or mud procedures Pomorie isfamous about. Help mainly bone issues. Highly recommend it.

Nice family hotel

We expected much more by the way the hotel was advertised and maybe this is the reason for not being able to give it 5 stars. 
Staff were very friendly and accommodating, procedures in the Relax center were well performed and the food in the restaurant was good.
It is an average hotel, however, the best thing is that you are between the lake and the sea and very close to the salt museum. Otherwise, not really great value for money.

If you are not picky about accomodation - this is the hotel for you

We decided to go there a second time, because after looking at a bunch of hotels and reading the reviews, we decided not to close the balcony from the coffee shop to the beach, and after reading the reviews, we came to the conclusion that a crack where the sea view is 50 meters away and a normal beach is very difficult to find. When choosing a hotel, what matters is who is interested. We need to have the sea next to your balcony to the balcony opposite, so that you don't walk down the streets 500 meters to the sea, so that you don't have to close the balcony from the coffee shop to the coffee shop, and after reading the reviews, we came to the conclusion that the rooms where the sea view is 50 meters away and the normal beach is very difficult to find.

It's a good hotel.

pros: the hotel is on the beach, there is about 3 meter between the hotel and the beach. The owner of the hotel  was very kind.. The spa center is new, with amazing view, and it is suitable for two- three people, not much..
cons: At first place the receptionist was not very polite, she did not give us any information about the hotel, the hotel  rules, she did not explain anything to us, and I had to ask about everything.She didn`t know much about the spa center or even the telephone number of the reception :O ..And if you want roomservice- they don`t offer that..
-In the room there are just soap dispencers, no shampoo, no toothbrush or toothpaste, for me this is no toiletries.. The towels are just two- one small and medium, and they didn`t change them for three days.
Chambermaid didn`t clean our room first day, only because she clean our floor at 8 o`clock, and shte can not come back later..
The secound day she "clean" our room- just take out the trash..
The breakfast was poor, and cold..
The wi-fi signal is not very strong.
At the end we expect much more....

I stayed here for two nights as part of a birding tour of Bulgaria. The setting is fantastic, just yards from the Black Sea and close to the Salinas and lagoon which was of more interest for birds. 
My room was comfortable, but as with other establishments in Bulgaria, no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Also typically, no bath but a wet room-style shower. However it was clean and comfortable with a mesh door on to balcony to prevent insects coming in, while allowing the sea breezes. 
As part of an English group, breakfast was better on the second morning with sausages and eggs provided as well as the usual cold ham and cheese/yoghurt etc. 
Tea was basically terrible- the only way to get a decent cup is to take your own tea bags as I did. There was a problem getting any drink before 8am which was not acceptable in a tourist hotel. The evening meals were a set menu; acceptable but nothing special. 
No real complaints but there are plenty of hotels to choose from in this part of Bulgaria.

Comfortable stay, great location

There is a small, clean, cozy hotel inside. There is no territory of its own, behind the Pomory Lake hotel (from it fly mosquito clouds and get the smell of H2S), on the right is a ruined shed. But it even adds some color))))))) The main  sea! The sea is visible just from the room, and from the lake, so the balcony of glass. The sea is wonderful: warm, small, sandy beach.
