Skerzzo Guesthouse

The skerzzo guesthouse is an old house transformed into a hostel. It feels like a youth hostel for grownups! You can relive your puberty but with the dignity and benefits of an adult! I had a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed.a common batroom which a shared with another room and a common kitchen. It felt funny but it worked without a problem, But besides making fun this is a great spot. It is Ideal for couples that travel together. Practically speaking it is like renting a small flat for only 42 euros!! Biger flats with teir owwn bathroom are also available in very good prices. The Lady in the reception was trully polite and helpfull and although se couldnt speak english she used her smartphone and through google translate explained everything. Smart and resourceful I lked that. She always smiled her reaction was genuine and without a trace of ulterior motive or pretense. The Guesthouse is situated exactly behind the humongous building of the Ramada Hotel. The area although near the full of bustle Tsar Borris III Avenue is quiet. The old district of Kapana, Tsar Simeon's garden and all the marvelous sights of Plovdiv are few meters away from your doorstep. Everything is in walking distance and this another advantage of this nice litle guesthouse. There is a parking lot right across the street and you can ask the manager to book a free parking spot. You can also park in the street but you will pay a parking ticket. Municipal clerks are constantly lurking right across the corner.
