Very clean rooms, luxurious, comfortable beds,
Landlords have been very willing to help despite the language barrier.
Location in a residential neighborhood is not particularly attractive.
Wonderful family hotel with luxurious rooms

We were really satisfied about this hotel. Really cheap, pleasant, clean. It was absolutely perfect for a couple who looking for a quiet place next to the center (5 min of the place). People are kindly too, always open to give advice. Also we have found lot of services next to this hotel.

+ They prepared a "banitza" for us, which was a very pleasant surprise! + The rooms are cozy and very, very clean. Wi-Fi is very quick (blazingly fast Internet in Bulgaria in general) and with perfectly powerful signal in every room. + A/C works well, 32" TVs are very modern and offer enormous selection of TV and radio channels (over 250!). + Kitchens are well equipped with everything you would ever need (even a steam machine!). Kitchen utensils are aplenty and enough to house a family of four in each apartment. + Beds are comfortable and large, with good-sized closet/wardrobe to match. - Baths are extremely clean (spotless!) and with modern design. - Owners keep several dogs that would occasionally barf (a lot!). - No view at all from any room. No pool, but for this price nobody can ask for one. - The staff being the owners, constantly enter your room to "check up on you" and while you are always greeted with a smile, a constant nagging for non-smoking, and general re-iteration of the house rules, eventually become quite aggravating!
