I was very pleased with this hotel.  The room was clean,  with bathtub and comfortable bed. The rooms are obviously part of a house,  with wooden floors,  wooden doors and natural homely atmosphere.  I'll come back for sure! It was very near to the center of Bansko,  maybe 5min walk.  

This review was based on what I expect from a small value oriented guest house. The room was large and well funished, including a table and chairs and a desk and chair. The room was very clean, well priced, and it is in a safe and convenient location near the bus and train station and only a short walk into town. The host was friendly and helpful. The bed was pretty good, the internet was excellent, the room had a good TV but it was small. There were several channels in English. The bathroom was very nice. Let them know ahead of time and you can get breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food was excellent and reasonable priced. Would I stay there again, absolutely, would I recommend it to a friend, yes
