122 reviewsThe hotel is lovely, staff are very friendly and helpful, we had a 3 night stay as a ski trip, it was in the perfect place, about 5 minute walk from the gondola to get to all the slopes. The room was very good, we had a fully equipped kitchen as well as a big balcony. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very clean, the only thing is there was no hairdryer so I would bring one if you’ve booked a stay here. The rooms were very warm which was good in the cold weather! The breakfast had great choices as well as a coffee machine with loads of options. The spa was lovely, the pool is big and the jacuzzi was perfect after a long day of skiing. The sauna and steam room were also very nice and surprisingly not very busy whenever we visited. Unsure of the reason for any bad reviews! Everybody was very friendly and helpful, all guest seemed to be enjoying all amenities to offer. You just ask at reception if you need your room topping up and they do it all for you. The wardrobe was spacious with plenty of space to hang up all our ski equipment. Would 100% recommend this place for skiing in bansko, for the price we were shocked with how amazing everything was. We will be back for next years ski season!
