167 reviewsWe stayed at Chalet Jora in the last week of the season. We were two families with four adults and five children ranging from 8 to 14 years. The chalet was cosy and very comfortable. The catering was top notch and we were extremely well looked after by Danny and Anna. It was great having a lift up and back to Ski Mania/the gondola but it was also a pleasant 10 min walk back. It was warm and sunny so it was nice to wander round the Old Town in the evenings before dinner. The snow was receding during our stay, with best conditions in the morning. We had to adapt our lesson timings around this but Ski Mania were very flexible in accommodating this. The ski road was closed and run #1 was pretty slushy but there was still great snow to be had at the top of the mountain. Jay and Laura offered a very personal touch, checking in regularly throughout our stay. As it was the last week of the season we were able to get cheaper ski passes for the last 2 days so managed to get a significant refund. Everyone enjoyed our spa visit and dinner recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend Total Chalets and am already planning the next trip!
