The experience was summed up to: - we closed a 7-day package, with several things included. - when you arrive at the spa, you understand that things are not included. The staff and service providers are offering you free in the first hours so that you close the package later. Shame policy. VcATO has 1 day to do ALL, with the sole purpose of keeping you closed for more days outside. - ZERO health care. In the midst of the pandemic, we went to the hotel and we said that all the precautions were being taken. Not only were they not taken, but people were not obliged to treat you.

On 23/08 at 16h I checked in at the Spa São Pedro for a stay of 5 days, the receptionist contacted me saying that I could not stay at the hotel, I had no covid, I had no contact with patients and all my clinical parameters were ok, or should be due to symptoms. I reported that as it was Sunday night I would not have to sign a check-out procedure or go out of the hotel, although at no time had I been able to show sympathy to the hotel staff, and no document was submitted to me to leave the hotel; I was not able to obtain any documents from the hotel, except that the hospital and the hospital, and the hospital, and the hospital, and the hospital, and the hospital, and the hospital, and the hospital, and the hospital, and the hospital, and the hospital, and the hospital, and the hospital, and the hospital, etc.

Escape from the hotel without compensation and check-out documents

The SPA, which is located in a privileged place with a lot of green, lacks improvements and maintenance in its structure. However, this lack of facilities is largely compensated by the excellence of professionals in all areas. Kitchen, health, physical activity, beauty treatments, recreation, maintenance and health are top-notch. The dimensions of the spaces favor the relationship between their guests, creating a joyful climate of great harmony. This was our fourth visit to the SPA and we will have to return.

This SPA is the perfect place to rest and get back in shape. The teams are very competent, whether from a medical, sporting or recreational point of view. The infrastructure is complete and of good quality. The food is also remarkable and the calorie intake is controlled individually very strictly by a team of nutritionists.

This is remarkable!

After a fairly stressful and disheartening experience at Spa Sorocaba (you can check my review about that for more details),  I moved to Spa Sao Pedro based on the recommendation of one of the other guests, and I'm very glad I did!

The rooms are MUCH better in size and quality, bathrooms are new clean and have a richeck flow of hit water (tepid is the best you get at Spa Sorocaba). 

More importantly, the team there is respectful, honest and very knowledgeable. Also the food is just amazing, I don't understand how I managed to lose weight eating this amazing food. Medical staff are also great, they fixed some stomach issues I had for days in Sorocaba in less than 24 hours.

The only issue I had theRe was the that the gym was very very small and the equipment was very old and ruN down, which made me work out less and less each day.

I can't wait to go back as soon as the upgrade their gym, but if they don't so that, this will only be a good fit for someone who wasn't too focused on working out during their stat.
