Noisy, if very noisy, it stands beside the only street that is frequented by motorbikes, cars and trucks, smells of humidity, dirty and bad the hot water, has no parking space, or has to leave the key.

It is noisy!

Simple room and breakfast, no employee access, a car vacation leaves you wanting, not so close to the center of the pottery shops, could improve reception, be more personal, not so commercial, and breakfast with more options.

Simple, but suitable for our case that was only of a stay

I stay at this hotel for the second time! I always admire the service, cleanliness and quality of the hotel! A cozy, very clean place, caring, polite staff... honest coffee, delicious beds, extremely clean room! I was impressed to see the staff washing the room as soon as the guests leave! Yes! The rooms are washed and not just pass pan! Bathrooms and rooms are washed, which guarantees excellence in cleaning! Super recommend! I would like to thank and congratulate Alex from the reception, always very kind, giving nice, super friendly, polite and helpful towels! And the lady in charge of the coffee, who unfortunately does not know the name, who receives us with so much education and caring!!!!

Excellent accommodation option

On the 12/1 I made a reservation at the booking to stay one day at the hotel. My reservation was confirmed at 13:18 by email from the booking. I went straight to the hotel after confirmation and the attendant informed me that there was no room available. I informed her that I made a reservation, that it was confirmed, I showed her the confirmation email. Even with the email, confirmation number and reservation code, the attendant PIN informed me that I had no room available and did not accommodate me. I left, with no place to stay even with the reservation confirmed and after 40 minutes the hotel sends me an email cancelling my reservation for lack of availability. Unfortunately I have to inform this incident and only register because I do not wish anyone what I passed, with no place to stay.

Reservation confirmed but no room available.

Since we had never stayed in Porto Ferreira, our choice for this hotel was based on internet research and Tripadvisor evaluation. We were a little disappointed because the hotel in question occupies the first place, but it did not live up to our expectations. Bad-smelling bedding, some dirty pieces, fruitless breakfast, were some of the problems we identified.

Basic hotel

Sensational! It's a wonderful benefit! It's a cozy, clean and smelly little room with air conditioning, soap and towels and a TV. It's a new, clean and beautiful bathroom. It's a tasty breakfast with plenty of options.

Sensational, welcoming and clean

Hotel well located, with good coffee and good service, but missing some basic things like a little shampoo or a soap that's enough to bathe and wash your hands. The soap is in the middle of the bed, so you sleep with the charger on your head.
