We stayed at Pousada Castelinho during our 4 days trip to Paraty. We arrived close to 12 midnight and the host did not hesitate to prepare us a pizza despite the late hour. They don't speak English but haven't spared an effort to help us out with anything that we needed. The room and bathroom were fairly large and very clean. We were impressed with the breakfast, many of the dishes being freshly baked. The only inconvenient is the distance to the city - best case scenario, the taxi will cost about 50 r. Leaving that aside, we enjoyed our stay at Pousada Castelinho and would book a room with them again if we were to return to Paraty.
