I've been in the cabin with water. On the last day, I moved to the bigger one, the water had problems, we couldn't use it and I didn't get any discount. A lot of leisure, but I regretted not taking too many snacks. Weak point: tasteless food, bandage style, extremely simple. The party dinner was bad. Strong points: recreation, farming, and swimming pools.

Family option in July with sunshine, focus on fun, tip: take snacks because the food is ruinous.

Good infrastructure for the children, it's a pity we couldn't take advantage of the outdoor spaces anymore because it rained and as incredibly cold as it seemed in the middle of summer (18C).

I closed the reveillon package, when offered by the hotel sales assistant, he said he'd have a cocktail and live show and a special decoration, when we got to the hotel what we found was completely the opposite a wall with tnt with 2023 and a few pendants, at dinner that was dinner started at 8:00 and ended at 10:00 there would start a dance with DJ different from what was arranged and out that DJ was more lost than I don't know what.

Disappointment at the 2023 Réveillon

Nice reception, employees from all sectors attentive, good food at all meals, nice heated pool, good bed, the only negative thing is that the way from the room to anywhere is all open, so if you take a rainy day like ours, to get out of the heated pool with the baby got bad and also to go to dinner at the restaurant the heavy rain was coming, they provide rain guard, but it would be interesting to have some corridors covered between the cabins.

A little high value for what it offers. Medium, home-cooked food. Large, clean streets but need some repairs. Not affordable, it sits in a valley and has many ramps and stairs to walk through the hotel facilities and recreational areas. There are also no covered parts connecting the areas, so on rainy days it becomes more complicated to move around the hotel. And items charged aside, such as horseback riding and even fish food. The road to Ibiúna is very bad, with a lot of snow and no signage.

Median, not worth the rate

Don't follow Google's location, it'll throw you about 10 miles wrong, I got lost on the neighborhood roads around here, no internet and GPS and it's raining.

Bad experience

Great stay. A very tasty and familiar environment. The entertainment team is simply very, very cool! They always seek to involve the children in the games. I found the food good but expensive for the price paid. The Chalé is very welcoming and the structure of TV, blankets etc. is excellent. Beware of those who have problems with locomotion (i.e. idososos), the climbs up to the chalets are quite steep.

Great to go with kids.

Excellent local infrastructure, super friendly, helpful and polite employees, all wonderful meals made with total affection, with plenty without misery and better cost-benefit.

That's great.

I don't recommend day use, don't reserve tables for you, just for the guests (even paying 260 reais per person), we had to wait for them to arrange a table near the men's bathroom....honest food, very cordial attendance. Rainy weather and no activities for children, who filled the heated pool with water park toys, the only thing I could enjoy was this pool, it didn't.....and when I went to use the sauna (which was on the list of available activities), it was off! Very frustrating, what saved the day was the spa, paid for the clear part, but the girls are great!

Rest in Ibiúna

I went with my husband from October 14th to 16th to celebrate 29 years of marriage. Delicious food without many options especially at breakfast. Very diligent and kind staff. I really enjoyed the stay and so what possible We returned. It has animals and seems to be paying for refurbishments which is very good! I thought it was very cool to also beat congratulations for some birthdays. If I could give a suggestion it would be to prepare something like kindness on special dates like wedding anniversary, I don't know if you ever do this in my case it didn't happen, I don't know if my husband mentioned it in the act of reservation outside, I thought it was great.
