I cannot recommend ‘Marica B&B’ highly enough. We had a very short stay in Foz Do Iguacu and limited time to visit the falls after our arrival so Cristiane suggested we go straight to the falls after we got off our flight. She was at the airport waiting to greet us, assisted with our baggage and drove us to the National Park. At this point Cristiane assisted us while we purchased our tickets for the Bird Park, National Park and boat ride as we struggled to communicate with having little to no Portuguese. Cristiane planned our whole day for us down to how long she recommended we spend at each attraction. This enabled us to see and do everything we wanted in a short space of time - she’s an exceptional host that not only cares about the standard of her accommodation but also the travellers’ experiences in Foz Do Iguaçú. The B&B itself is stunning and in an excellent location. We stayed in the Lavender room which was beautifully decorated. Cristiane arrived early every morning to prepare an elaborate breakfast for us. Great B&B, convenient location, and above all else exceptional host - highly recommend.
