My room had a small balcony which had great views of the ocean. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and the room had a minibar and cable TV. There was free WIFI available or paid internet in the lobby. The breakfast buffet had a lot to choose to from and the beach was a 5minute walk away. There was a nice dipping pool on the roof which seemd to have a bar (though not open in winter). Staff were friendly though lacking in English language skills. They offer a free pick up from Florianopolis but unless you ask they don't offer and if you need to make your own way back to Florianopolis two blocks north of the hotel you can pick up a local bus which takes about 35 minutes though in rush hour it also took me nearly 1.5 hours. I would definately stay here again.
