Dora was the most wonderful host I can´t recommend this pousada enough! She went out of her way to walk us to the beach to explain how to get to the main area and about the tide coming in - even though we didn´t speak any Portugese! She brought us baked goods in the evening which were freshly baked and gorgeous. The breakfast was fantastic. We asked where the bus stop was to return to Maceio and she and her husband very kindly gave us a lift all that way as they were heading there too! So kind. And to top it all off she gave us homemade biscuits as a parting gift on the way back. I cannot recommend this pousada enough! Thank you Dora!
